I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Louise at The Perfume Shop in Darlington. From the moment I walked in, she delivered incredible service with a genuine smile and a warm, welcoming approach.

Her product knowledge was exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the fragrance notes clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. You can tell she truly knows her craft and cares about getting it right for the customer.

Not only did I leave with the perfect fragrance, but I also felt I received excellent value for money. The entire experience was professional, efficient and enjoyable from start to finish.

Louise is a real credit to the Darlington store. I’ll definitely be back.

I went into the Darlington branch today with my wife and children to look at various perfumes, we got help by a lovely sales assistant who was very informative and patient while my wife looked at different perfumes. Nothing seem too much for her and went above and beyond. She was amazing with my children and made my daughter’s experience of looking for perfumes something she won’t forget. All I can say is the service was exceptional which is something I don’t say very often and the sales assistant also made a little girls day that bit brighter. Thank you to the sales assistant for this.

Sophie made the whole actual 'try-before-you-buy' experience, very easy. Left feeling like I'd got something I was happy with! Friendly, knowledgeable, easygoing. Give that girl a pay raise!

WOW… what can I say as soon as me and my husband walked in we received such a warm friendly welcome from a lady called Ann, iam not a very confident shopper when it comes to perfumes, so I was asked what smells I like and Ann knew exactly what perfumes to get in-fact she she did so well we bought more than one perfume,To which I am very happy with. Upon paying we had a few jokes back and forth which just added to the experience can not fault anything with this store absolutely perfect!! Thanks Ann for making my Birthday a happy one! 😃

Walked in, I was warmly welcomed straight away. I was struggling to find something I would like so I asked the lovely lady Paula for some advice. I asked for something sweet and floral and she pulled the best smelling perfumes I have ever smelled. I had a hard time picking one. I became obsessed with the scent I chose. Paula was so good at picking exactly what I wanted in a bottle. So pleased with what I got couldn’t recommend them enough.

I then spotted the Bridgerton range and as an avid fan of the series Louise showed me those
I purchased the Graceful Hydrangea which I love and very reasonably priced

Went in to buy a new fragrance for my son’s birthday. Sophie who served me was really helpful, polite and took the time to give suggestions and lots of sample scent sticks to try. I came out happy with a purchase and at a really good bargain!

I use the perfume shop quite a lot as I get good value when I order my perfume or my husband’s aftershave. Always competitive prices.
