Great staff!!
I was served by Alice who helped me pick out a gorgeous aftershave for my boyfriend, she was so sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable. I described the type of scents he usually enjoys and she was able to recommend a few different options which was really helpful. Great value, incredible staff, will 100% be back!

Choices… Choices
I went in yesterday, not really sure what I was looking for, Alice served me, from the moment I walked in, she was smiley, friendly and helpful.
Alice was very knowledgeable, showing me a veriety of different brands.
When I finally chose a gift for my friend, she wrapped it and bagged it. Such a pleasure to shop there, I would definitely recommend.

10/10 for service from Oliver
Hi, me and my partner have travelled from Birmingham as we are staying at laceby manor resort so we decided to pop into Grimsby to get him some perfume. Oliver was brilliant, his customer service is outstanding. He was so helpful and patient with me trying a variety of scents and making suggestions for what me and my partner would like. He was also very helpful with offering the gift sets for the perfumes we like. We left the shop more than satisfied and very grateful for his knowledge, honesty, humour and patience. Wish him all the best and he is an asset to the company!!

The service was 100%, @ Grimsby. Oliver was friendly and helpful. What a Great asset he is to the company. He listened and knew what kind of perfume I wanted. I bought a travel spray but decided to get a gift set as well, what a bargain. Thankyou, I will be going back very happy shopper
