She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through different fragrance options until we found the perfect one. Elaine was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, making the whole experience enjoyable. She even packed the perfume beautifully as a gift, which was such a lovely touch. Honestly...Phenomenal!

A lovely lady named Esther served me, and I have never had such a good chat and experience with someone working at a fragrance shop in my life.
Originally, I was looking for something relatively cheap and under the £40 mark, however once I'd been shown the Jean Paul range and had a tester, I can confirm it's the best fragrance product I've purchased over the many brands I've tried over the years. More than the fragrance, it was Esther's customer service that honestly made my day, she showed genuine interest in my life and wellbeing, which to me goes above and beyond the customer service one would typically expect. We need more people like her in these positions. Give her a raise and a paid holiday...God Bless. I will be returning again. Thank you.

Esther from the Hanley potteries centre went above and beyond with serving our whole family! First my husband was looking for a new EDT and she listened and found “the one “, then my son, then I tried 2 different scents and finally my daughter.! All 4 of us left happy plus an “Angel” gift set as a Christmas present for my mother in law ☺️ the service of Esther was excellent and we really recommend this store! Thank you!
