Incredible service from Maddison at the Middlesbrough store!
I visited the store to sample a few perfumes I had shortlisted on the app, and I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Maddison. She was incredibly patient and helpful, letting me sample all of my choices alongside several other fantastic recommendations without ever making me feel rushed.
When I mentioned I was purchasing these as gifts for my family back in India, she went completely above and beyond by tossing in some lovely extra gifts for them. Exceptional customer service like this is rare to find on the high street these days. Maddison is an absolute credit to the team, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
