Today, I had the pleasure of visiting the Perfume Shop in Highcross Leicester. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a staff member named Brianna. Her level of service, attentiveness, and friendliness truly exceeded my expectations. Brianna was incredibly helpful from start to finish, especially since I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for. She expertly guided me through the selection process, recommending perfumes that perfectly matched my preferences. Every recommendation was exceptional, and I was particularly impressed by her extensive knowledge of each fragrance's composition. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing not one, but two perfumes, and my purchase also included two complimentary gifts: a handbag and a travel bag.
I extend my sincere gratitude to Brianna for her wonderful assistance today. Her friendliness and genuine politeness are truly invaluable, and she should be very proud of herself. I certainly plan to return and request her assistance again in the future.

Unprofessional manager
I came in on Saturday to buy a perfume and i was getting served at the till by a team member, the store manager was yelling at the staff member whilst they were doing an absolutely amazing job during this busy time of the year. I found this to be very disrespectful and it created an unpleasant environment that i would not like to return to. This was very unprofessional as she did not take into account the fact that there were customers there. TFS please look into changing the store manager.
