I was in a rush but on my short time the way this lady named Aaisha helped me to chose the perfume it was so nice. She was so helpful and friendly and i didn't bother to buy the perfume even though that was expensive. Definitely I'm gonna come there. So far the bestest customer service ever from here.

He was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and suggested perfumes that matched my taste perfectly. His attitude was friendly and professional, and he made the whole experience really enjoyable.

Very attentive staff in your Highcross, Leicester branch (note: your drop down menu suggests the shopping are is The Shire but it hasn't been called that in years). The perfume I wanted was not in stock but I received it the following day by Royal Mail.

The Leicester Highcross store refused to take my order when it arrived as i did click and collect. This means i had to place the order again and won’t receive a refund for 3 weeks.

The staff were friendly and looked after us till the end of sale.

My overall experience was absolutely fantastic at the Leicester high cross store. I appreciate all the help that was provided to me by the whole of the team. I rang and spoke to Lily on 18th December and explained my situation and she spoke to her manager Nikki and said they would do their best with the products I wanted. I then went into the store the same day to get some reassurance, after speaking to Nikki who went above and beyond, took my contact details and see if they could provide me with perfumes. I received a call from the manager on Sunday from Kayley to say my items were in store to collect. The perfume was for my daughters Christmas presents and they absolutely loved it. A massive thank you for Nikki and her team. I wish this kind of service is provided in all stores.

From the Leicester Highcross branch, Aaliyah Ali was extremely helpful, on point with suggestions and gave perfect customer service. A gem to your company and deserves the recognition for it.

I’m very disappointed with the recent change in management at the Perfume Shop in Leicester. As a regular customer, I felt extremely uncomfortable during my last visit after witnessing the new manager, Kayleigh (a name given to me by a staff member), being very rude and demanding towards her team. She was shouting at staff in front of customers, which was upsetting to see and created a very unpleasant atmosphere in the store.

The previous manager provided much better service and ran the shop in a far more professional and welcoming way. This new management style is unfair to the staff and off-putting for customers. I believe staff should be treated with respect, especially in front of the public. Sadly, this experience has made me rethink returning unless things improve.

I went into the highcross in Leicester to do my Christmas perfume gift shop, I was planning on going to boots as they had an event on however i was tempted in by a lovely lady called kayleigh who was more than helpful. She patiently went through my shopping list and helped me select all the gifts I needed and she even persuaded me to get a little something for myself!! I definitely recommend going in and dealing with kayleigh
