Excellent service and great aftershave 10 out of 10

Cordey in TPS in Luton was so amazing , she is so educative , I learnt some other stuffs and perfumes, so patient and her smile so touching . She made me have an excellent choice in the perfume I bought . And I am so appreciative she attended to me , cos I had one of the best decision getting the Givenchy I’interduit and so nice to gift me some extra samples of perfume. She was so amazing . I love her . Thank you Cordey , you the best in there .

I entered the shop and was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Alicia, she went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect wedding gift for my husband after struggling in other shops, she even gift wrapped it for free and gave us a free gift! I will definitely be back for more, especially after she informed me about getting 15% when recycling an empty bottle! I recommend this company to anyone looking for support in choosing the perfect perfume 🤩🤩

Cody helped me out selecting the right perfume for a gift, her customer service was amazing felt comfortable and easy to talk with. I’ll be coming back there to shop for more perfumes☺️

Ordered a product in store delivery was supposed to be 3-4 days. After 5 days the store had no record of the order so obviously not been ordered bu they taken the money. Called them told boss 4 times spoke to Mina the manager who said come in for a refund , went to get a refund them told can’t get a full refund ? Then wait till the following week and come back again.
The deputy manager acts very poor not interested and just says keep waiting while they have £130 of my money. I do not recommend The Fragrance Shop try Boots or John Lewis . Not sure if they are a scam. But will report to my credit card company and trading standards .

Cody and Alicia are the best workers there! Not only do they help you pick out the all time great perfumes, but they make you feel at ease even if you take your time to decide which perfume you want! The girls have patience especially when you meet someone as indecisive as me and not able to decide in seconds. They are just incredible and would do anything to make sure that you guys are happy customers while walking out! Would not disappoint you they’ve become like family help me at all times! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I had a fantastic customer experience at the luton brunch, especially due to a very welcoming, helpful and friendly sales adviser called Alisha. Today she helped me choose the perfect birthday gift for my Mum's special day. I would recommend this place to friends and family for gifts.

I had an amazing shopping experience today at Perfume Shop, thanks to Cody. She was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make my purchase special. She informed me about the 15% discount for returning empty bottles and even offered me a gift or tester with any purchase over 50 ml—something no other salesperson had mentioned before. I’ve shopped here many times, even making larger purchases, but never received this kind of excellent service. Cody is simply the best 🫶🏻❤️

Hands down to Cody - a lovely young lady who knows how to talk to a customer - even though I was browsing she was kind enough to inform me of the 15% discount when giving an empty bottle to the store. I’ve been recently to the store and was oblivious to the box - even though it was staring me in the face! Just goes to show how important conversing is!
