I went in to the meadowhall store today looking for an aftershave for Father’s Day I wasn’t too sure on men’s fragrances and what was good but Donna was so helpful and really took her time to help me find the perfect scent for my dad for his special day so a massive thank you to her, she was so friendly and helpful and you could tell she knew what she was talking about

Went into the perfume shop next to the little coffee shop, the girls were very helpful, especially Rachel and Sarah. They was wonderful and giving me recommendations for my wedding perfume, will definitely be back again & hopefully served by those two again as they have amazing customer service skills

Great staff members
Great team of staff members. The lady Katie, who served us was excellent. We had actually been in and been supported to make some decisions and made some purchases with her the previous day. We took some ideas away also and decided to go back and make a couple of additional purchases. I felt comfortable in the shop and received good service. There were plenty of choices on display with testers and staff were really willing to help but not overbearing which can be off putting. I think this made our experience better. We will definitely make this our preferred shop location.
