I was greeted by the lovely Chloe in your Meadowhall store today. She was friendly, attentive and very knowledgable on all the perfumes. I had no intention of buying a perfume that day until Chloe informed me about the travel perfume bottle (I just so happened to be going on holiday the next day.) She wasn’t pushy in the slightest and instead asked all of the right questions and listened to what sort of scent I liked. She came back with lots of testers for me to try. I felt like she had all the time in the world for me and that’s what makes her stand out. Chloe is an absolute credit to the company and has outstanding customer service! Thank you so much.
