Called the store before hand and Michelle the manager was lovely. All the staff are brilliant, took their time giving me testers and making sure I left with exactly what I wanted. 100% will be returning

Staff were very helpful, the item I wanted was not in stock but the assistant placed the order and it was delivered to my home the next day.

I visited the Newport Spytty Retail Park shop today and was served by Michelle who I believe was the General Manager. She dedicated so much time and effort to my 9 year old son who has ADHD as he was looking to purchase his first ‘proper’ aftershave and was very particular about what he was looking for. He asked Michelle so many difficult questions which she did fantastically at answering and he was so satisfied leaving the shop with his chosen aftershave as well as some samples which he has decided he would like for Christmas. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that she had so much patience towards him and was so kind in nature. Not only did she make sure my son was satisfied, she also included my daughter and allowed her to feel involved in the process too. Her colleague working with her too was also fantastic. I am so grateful for people like this in the world and I believe she is an absolute credit to your organisation. Thank you so much Michelle, from myself, Harri and Ayla!

i was served by Lucy who could not have been more helpful. She helped me choose a suitable aftershave and ordered it for delivery to my home. I ordered at 5.00pm on Friday and it was delivered at 10.30am Saturday. unbelievable and exceptional service.

What an incredible experience,everytime I have to visit is normally in a panic,however luckily for me Lisa has always been my guide to get things right,today I also had the pleasure of been dealt with by Caitlyn who was simply stunning with her service delivery.
She helped me to choose the best perfume,this store is simply stunning to the point I would certainly offer them a post at my company.

Me and my partner went into the Newport spytty shop and we had the best costumer service by the lovely woman named Lisa, she was very helpful from the moment we walked in we wasn’t sure what we wanted to get but she guided us through a range of different products to find the right one. I’m very happy with my purchase Will be going back very soon:)
