The staff are wonderful, always smiley and friendly, so knowledgeable and helpful, I would get my perfume any where else. There VIP members card is great, the prices and the deals they offer are better than any where else

The staff inside the shop are always lovely and attentive every time I go in! I absolutely love the fact they wrap your gifts and you can even had a personalised ribbon.

Very impressed with my recent visit at the perfume shop. I went in to buy some perfumes for some friends and family and was helped by Becky. She was very friendly and didn't rush me when I was unsure. She helped me pick perfumes within my budget and was very attentive to what sort of smells that were popular. Once I was done selecting, she wrapped them up very nicely with a ribbon. Very impressed with her service and the gift wrapping offered!!

Amazing service from Claire!!
I went into five different shops to look for a specific perfume-out of stock everywhere! But, I had a very good experience at The Perfume Shop as Claire suggested different options that could work and when I wasn’t sure about that, she offered that I could take some of the tester product. Amazing customer service and such a positive experience!!

Shopping experience
Last time, your company were running a promotion where spending £60 or more would get a 20% discount. However, when I was shopping, your sales assistant didn’t inform me about this offer. I ended up spending £55, and at the time, I was considering buying an extra bottle of perfume. If your staff had told me about the promotion, I would have purchased both.
After leaving the store, I realized there was a discount, so I went back in to speak with your staff. However, they told me that since the transaction had already been completed, they couldn’t apply the discount. I was quite disappointed.
