I thought I will receive sample of perfume but I didn’t get anything, the last spice bomb I bought was because the sample was being sent to me. So I appreciate samples alot, it makes me know more fragrances am suppose to buy.

I visited the perfume shop two days ago & today as well, to buy perfumes for my sister & my boyfriend’s mum. I experienced great customer service by Jamie he was extremely nice & helpful, he knew exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend stopping by & speaking with Jamie, he’s super knowledgeable on the different scents. The staff were friendly and helpful when I bought the product. But when I had to return this product due to getting the wrong item, the shop was locked despite me getting there over 10 minutes before closing on Sunday 20th July. I knocked on the door to motion for the girl at the till to come, and she respondedy with a careless shrug of the shoulders and ignored me. I took my business elsewhere and went To the Fragrance shop.

I went today trying to find a sweet scent for myself and the two employees Jaime and Donica really helped me and gave me a range of scents that I really liked. They were very friendly, passionate about their work and make the whole experience great. I wanted to buy the whole store from what they showed me! Would recommend them! I hope they get the recognition that they deserve.

I received incredible service from both Maicey and Donica in The Perfume Shop in Oxford. Both girls were knowledgeable, professional, attentive and friendly providing an overall wonderful experience. The shop itself was full of variety, had a welcoming atmosphere and I loved the flower wall which is a great touch. I’m so happy with my purchases and will definitely be back after the amazing service that I have received today.
