We keep coming back to this perfume shop because of Ramona. Even though there are other places like Boots with lower prices, we still choose to shop here every time. My husband and I genuinely enjoy coming in, mainly because of how kind, friendly, and helpful she is.
Ramona always gives spot-on recommendations, takes her time with us, and makes the whole experience feel personal, not rushed or salesy. We end up buying almost every time, not because we’re pushed to, but because we trust her and feel comfortable. She’s a real asset to this shop and honestly the main reason we choose it over others.
