Upon entering the shop we were greeted by both staff. (Bex and Sienna). Both offering excellent customer service. Answered all our questions and helped us choose what we needed for our upcoming wedding day. Bex was very knowledgeable and offered heart felt service which needs to be applauded. Bex took the time to explain and go into detail with every fragrance we looked at and pointed us to exactly what we needed. Due to this customer care experience from both these ladies that’s where we will be visiting every time we need to purchase our fragrances. A credit to your company. Thanks again Bex and Sienna.

The staff in redditch were very nice…
The staff in redditch were very nice and helpful suggested many nice perfumes to try and the 20% off over £60 was so good! However, the staff have to treck it all the way down to the room where the perfumes are, get them a closer storage room! Matt and Bex were so helpful!!
