I went in not having a clue on what I wanted as I was getting a present for my brother and Kerry in Taunton helped me out tons, it was almost like seeing your bestfriend in her place of work 😊 She was bubbly and sweet and gave me a few scents to try without judging my lack of knowledge 😅

Fantastic customer service
Went in and was served by the fantastic Lel. Took her time and encouraged me to try lots of different smells. Ended buying the Valentino Coral fantasy which was all down to her customer service.

Great service
I popped into the perfume shop today to ask for some advice and choose a perfume for my wedding day this summer.
Lel was extremely helpful and went through several options listening carefully to my preferences until we found the perfect perfume set.
Nothing was too much trouble.

BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE
I would like to thank Kerry and Lel😍 for a beautiful experience at their shop in Taunton. Staff were very friendly and accomodative. The atmosphere was warm and they helped us find the best scent for our parents. Beautiful experience indeed🥰

Lel is the most helpful and knowledgeable staff member we've had the pleasure in dealing with at this store.
She spent alot of time with my partner and I picking some fragrances that I absolutely loved.
She was able to work out the right perfumes, recommend ones that I'd like and help with making the right decision. I'd have no problem recommending this store, and more so, asking for Lel when you need some expert advice

Excellent service....happy customer!
When my husband and I walked in to the store we were greeted by a friendly member of staff, who gave me her undivided attention. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I told her my preferences were.
She encouraged me to try new perfumes, but was not pushy. I came home with a perfume I would not have considered and I am very happy. Lel, my personal shopper! Thank you! X You are VERY good at your job.
