Because the Computer system in the shop had messed up the arrangement of my home address. She was polite, friendly and professional. Really great Customer service overall. She deserves a promotion and a nice increase in her salary. Such a lovely young Lady.

Lavinia was so patient and kind. An absolute 10/10 customer service. She’s so sweet and lovely. I tried around 10 perfumes and she was so patient and helped me out. Eventually she understood what I’m going after and catered to my needs, she even suggested travel sprays and showed me scents within my budget. Really appreciate her, she’s really kind and helpful. Grateful for her and her service.
