I bought some perfume click and collect all 3 times I have been left waiting hours for a pick up confirmation email customer service online said there's nothing they can do as the store is closed id have to wait till tomorrow mind you this was 4 30pm and the store is open till 7pm refund I got no confirmation email and had to contact customer service again then they said I'd have to wait 24 hours for a email other shops like superdrug send your confirmation as soon as u return the item this shopping experience has put me off for sure now ever using perfume shop again even if they do do some really good deals
