I have ordered twice from the perfume…

I have ordered twice from the perfume shop and never received the products They took my money but I have never heard anything from them. I am fixing to contact the Better Business Bureau and put in a formal complaint. The first time I ordered was in April 3rd of 2025. Then I tired again almost three weeks ago. And it has been nothing but silence Then I ordered again May 4th.

I usually get perfume from Macy's, but we no longer have one nearby. I was a little leary ordering perfume on line.The perfume shop had many good ratings, so I gave it a try.Also, I usually buy the ode de toilette, but decided to give the perfume a try instead. Glad I did. Smells wonderful, arrived pretty quick.
