Well,.it's been pretty bad , because I cancelled this membership long ago and you're still changing me an amount of money for something That I'm not even use it.
So Please cancel this subscription once for all .

I was very disappointed because I was trying to purchase one bag of Oregano Oil/ Black Seed capsules just to try them and I couldn't even see or find listed how many capsules came in one bag for $39.99 per bag. This was my first red flag of a company that wasn't as transparent as I am
accostumed to. Then when I clicked the box to purchase one bag- it is automatically set to the subscription price, another practice I find shady because if you not paying attention, you have just signed yourself up for a monthly membership that will not be refunded when you discover that. It's abuse! It's not honest marketing practice ,and speaking of marketing they are all over Facebook pushing this product! And their advertising is GOOD! I was so infuriated when I discovered I was unintentionally signed up for a non-refundable membership ( only cancelable but charged the first month) that I informed them of everything stated here and that I would be reporting then to appropriate authorities for dishonest- or non transparent business practices and only then did I get a response from a supervisor informing me a special exception would be made for my case and I would be refunded the monthly membership fee charged. That's only good thing I have to report!

Response process is very good but their refund process is very slow....
