Became a member upon visiting Hertford branch when we purchased 2 puppies. Outstanding customer service and excellent knowledge. All questions answered in detail. Thay even if your dog is older there still covered for some if there medication
My dog is old and on a lot of medication so it's a great help as it was costing a lot of money. The girls in vets were very helpful in telling me about pet insurance.
