Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

I only want order one time

I only want order one time, but your company continues to send out every months, I am no longer have any more dog
I been email and told your company . But you guy still charged to my PayPal account and keep sending things that I am no longer need it. Thanks I am asking you stop sending and take the money from my card!!!!

We've been using the PetLab Probright…

We've been using the PetLab Probright Advanced with minimal success after 2 months, but decided to continue after being told that 3 months were needed to see best results. After just noting that I was charged for another shipment of 2 months supply which is stated to be on it's way, I went on their site to change frequency of shipments. It automatically, immediately billed me for another supply shipment. I've tried to call and reach out over their contact info to no avail. This has gone on for hours and I'm so tired of wasting my time on this issue. Their website seems very inefficient and faulty at best, if not scammish feeling. Upon calling and waiting, I was told I would hold my place in line and they would call me back, but that has been 2 hours ago. I don't like being a slave to my house phone when I need to be outside working. Disgusted.

You font have a way of getting in touch with the company. I need to stop my subscription for the chews for a little while I have 8 tubs or more of chews. Please send me a number so I can talk to someone. Other than this it's good

Subscription’s make it easy

Always have a great experience. I wish I could afford to have this order filled every month. But it’s on the pricey side for a supplement.

The product seems to be fine, shipping way too EARLY

The product seems to be fine, but you keep moving up my delivery time (unsolicited) to where I have two months MORE product than I need. I moved my delivery date back, once, to better coincide with my dogs once daily use of said product, and now I’m TWO MONTHS ahead. This angers me, because you’re taking my money. YOU are advancing the dates yourself and it’s not a good business practice. Biding the time when I cancel . She’s 13. Not pleased with your methods of shipping more than once a month for a 30 piece product.

Great customer care.

Was one occasion where a scheduled delivery didn't turn up as lost in transit.
Customer care not only sorted out the issue promptly but put the replacement delivery on express.

Excellent products and service

Products and customer service are stellar. My dog's teeth and breath are fantastic using the ProBright powder. Shipping, product quality, and service have been excellent. Great company to work with. I love the subscription service as it makes keeping items in stock convenient.

You could start by fixing your site I changed to every 2 months and again your sending it every month. I love the product. But not the site I have canceled my order completely because of this it has been an ongoing problem for months.

You would -0 review if could give it, you have horrible site for cancellation, I’ve canceled this stupid site over 3 months, you still are charging my card , literally spelled out for you in address portion of the app.you still are charging me for shit I canceled . You will be charged for fraudulent charges at this point. You help email not fluffing helpful messaged over six time about this you keep charging me for this stuff I don’t want .

Staff need to read all customers orders so it will not happen again.

Terrible Customer Service....BUYER BEWARE!

As mentioned by many others, Customer Service is terrible, non existent really. I have not even used the product yet. I made a mistake on my ship to address. I noticed it immediately and tried to make the correction myself. Their FAQs tell you how you can get logged into their Portal. Good luck with that....no matter what I tried could not get it to login. Tried calling and the message said that they are not taking calls. Emailed, got a reply fairly quick which basically did nothing to correct the problem. Acknowledged my frustration. I sent several follow up emails to ask if they fixed the address, with no response. Then I saw an email to say the order was shipping, asked again....nothing. Now, just saw it was delivered to the address I was trying to get changed. I haven't even tried the product and all I want to do is have the product returned which I can see will only be another nightmare, so I won't bother but now I have the ordeal of trying to get the subscription cancelled. Their website is a joke, when trying to track the order getting a 404 error, not found. That has shown up multiple times. BUYER BEWARE!

First use and a worst experience every, trying to return a product that I did not order send multiple email no one has responded yet, is on the phone for over 50 minutes no one has answer. Don't even think of buying from here until you would like to experience similar experience, will never come back or recommend this product to anyone.

Dramatic results in a short time!

After reading the positive reviews, I decided to try ProBright dental powder on my golden doodle, Ruby.
I couldn’t believe the dramatic results in just 3 weeks of use. 1 scoop daily in her food. Her teeth are as white as ever, and the dark brown tartar has almost disappeared! The contents of the jar go a long way so it is economical in the long run. The vet suggested dental surgery to remove the tartar buildup that would have put her under stress and cost thousands.

I am extremely satisfied and the customer service is a 10/10.

From skeptic to fanatic :)

I'm pretty skeptical about some products that boast results. When I got this product I was doing so with hope. 4+ months in I can say it's really helped my pup(7 year old English Bulldog). We don't start the day without it.
