Still waiting for my delivery! Won't use again as this delivery time is way too long! Ordered over 1 week ago apparently my parcel is with royal mail but still no delivery!

Hi, as per our site some deliveries are taking up to 5 working days as pre advised due to restrictions because of covid 19, we are working as fast and as safe as possible. your order which is a bed is direct from the manufacturer and are made to order, and you was told friday it has been dispatched from them by Parcelforce which is within the guidelines as your order was dispatched within a week.

Amazing company would give ten stars if I could they impressed me that much
The frozen items were very well packed
It all arrived on the expected date
They even called me to stay they didn't have an item in stock and told me the alternatives they do have
I've never been so impressed with a pet company before would definitely buy from again and would definitely recommend them :-)

I ordered 2 xl harnesses. The quality is great, and they fit perfectly. The materials don't dig into my dogs and they look comfortable. I only wish they had more colours to chose from, but overall a great product. Highly recommended.
