Dear Trevor, thank you for your feedback, and comments. I am sorry you couldn't find any of your pictures. I would in the first instance contact your employer and feed this back to them, unfortunately they only booked us for 3hrs, and with over 1500+ people at your event, the photographer is under a lot of pressure.
Also it is worth pointing out the gallery is redacted by your employer before general release for viewing.
We will be passing your comments on to your employer too I'm sure they will be able to explain if and why your pictures have been redacted.

This is the fourth year we have used the The Photo Team for our Crickmas party photo booth and we'll be booking them again for next year!
Great service- Dal and Rosh keep calm throughout what is a very busy event - with hundreds of people queuing up for photos.
The post event sharing of the images is also great.

We hired the photo team for our Christmas Party and the service we received was great, there was a queue all evening but Rosh and Dal dealt with it perfectly. The only issue was we decided to provide our own Christmas props but were under the impression the photo team would bring the standard props as they are included in the hire price. They only brought a couple of extra props and if we hadn't provided our own the experience would have been very different.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by the props, everyone looked like they had an amazing time looking at the pictures.
Our understanding was that you was going to supply your own Christmas themed props, and the team that attended was instructed accordingly, maybe this was a miscommunication?
In future we will check exactly what props you would like.
Despite this our team did provide their own props, which can be seen in a number of the pictures, from jumbo glasses, wigs, and Christmas themed props too, please appreciate the standard prop box includes a lot of animal masks, having spoken to the team they did not put these out as they felt that would not have been appropriate for your event.
We are proud of the work our team members deliver, in this instance they delivered 640 pictures, which by any standard is a great volume for a 4 hour photo booth booking.
