Our whisky subscriptions are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal and we aim to provide the best quality service possible to all our customers. At this point we have a good deal with our shipping company, since we can deliver worldwide and always trying to preserve the content of the box, which can be sensitive as it can break.
We are aware that the shipping cost is high, but our customers should be aware that our box is a bit heavier than one should expect due to the presentation of our whisky tasting subscription. As it is a premium high quality wooden box, this alone makes the shipping cost a bit higher but of course we still have the wooden box content: at least 4 original branded miniatures and some other stuff as mentioned on our website. This is why the shipping is a bit high, we recognize it, but so far it is the best we can in terms of price-quality relationship.
Nevertheless, the shipping costs are presented beforehand on the checkout page so this shouldn’t come as a surprise after completing the purchase.
Regarding the expressions that were shipped to you on your subscription box, please be aware that we aim to present a varied, miscellaneous offer and sometimes may not be everyone’s favourites whiskies. But then again, this is a subscription tasting box so we present a selection of whiskies to be tasted.
We receive several feedbacks each month regarding our product and we are glad that we receive mostly very very positive feedback from our worldwide customers.
