Exceptional customer service
After sales service is what really differentiates retailers in my opinion. A problem developed with my paddle. The Pickleball Store (Lloyd in particular) went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. They did more than I had expected. I wouldn’t buy my equipment from anywhere else.
