I am an international customer from Germany and Pi Hut's delivery to Germany went smoothly and took only 7 days. I did have to pay some customs duties, but that is perfectly normal for orders from the UK to the EU since Brexit.
I also had a great experience with The Pi Hut's customer service. A part of my order was faulty and they immediately sent me a free replacement. That was very generous and accommodating of them. I am very happy.

2x micro:bit V2s
4x micro:bit battery packs with switches (I have 2 others bought from Kiktronic)
1x raspberry Pi Pico WH
1x Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W
1x Raspberry Pi 5 8GB
2x HDMI cables (one micro, for the Pi 5, one mini, for the Pi Zero)
2x chargers (one USB-C, for the Pi 5, one micro USB, for the Pi Zero)
I bought these products between early 2023 and early 2024 and all of them arrived:

2. In perfect condition
I highly recommend buying micro:bits and Raspberry Pis (accessories included) from this place!

My order took more than 1 month to arrive, as such I rejected the delivery and sent it back without receiving it. PI Hut refused to give me a refund, fortunately, I used paypal.
On 19 Oct 2023, I received a notification that the package had been sent back (pi hut also knew). On 5 Dec 2023, pi hut still refused to refund me claiming the package did not get to them in this time.

I personally think a 4* or above should be good, to at least reply to their customer.
I bought a raspberry pi and had some issue. I tried to interact to request an rma, however there is zero response.
I work in customer service, honestly disappointed.

Not transparent in advance about taxes and fees for International orders. Appart from the transport, they charge you an additional fee of 10 £ for The inconvenience causes when returning The goods

After rejecting the import fees, the package started an endless journey between Belgium and Germany, only to be stuck in Belgium since 7 December. This situation became even more frustrating when I found out that PiHUT does not refund the cost of the product until it is received back.
This does not respect consumer rights in Europe. If the package is lost, the problem falls on the customer, and PiHUT does not seem to care at all. This lack of responsibility and respect for consumer rights is absolutely unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I hope PiHUT takes note of these issues and works to improve their customer service and their shipping and refund policies.

I've previously left a 5star review, but recently have experienced bad service and product.
Two expensive displays clearly had a faulty connector (opencircuit same pin on both) which they say 'is not the issue" well what is then.
An honest but negative review I left before Christmas, still hasn't been posted. I've asked why but no answer.
I buy quite a lot from them and find their packaging poor. Small components rattling around in oversized outer boxes.
Made the mistake of ordering with The Pi Hut late on the 20th of December, paid £9.99 for express next day delivery as I was hoping to receive the Raspberry Pi 4 and accessories before Christmas. I received a confirmation e-mail on the 21st saying that the goods had been dispatched and also got tracking info with DHL, having paid for next day delivery I was therefore expecting my order on Friday 22nd (the last working day before Christmas). That didn’t happen!! Contacted DHL who said the goods hadn’t yet been received from Pi Hut, only the shipping label had been created. Tried e-mailing customer support (they were closed until the 2nd of January), tried e-mailing Jamie Mann (the MD) and never received a response. It ended up being 15 DAYS until I finally heard from customer services saying I should hopefully receive my goods by the end of the week (very vague), they made a half hearted apology and blamed DHL. I waited a few more days, why they didn’t simply send out replacement goods right away I don’t know? After a lot of back and forth I was finally offered a full refund which I gladly accepted. Basically they took my money, I got nothing in return except stress and aggravation. The customer service response is slow at best and non existent over the Christmas period. A staggering 22 days later I had my refund and was right back where I started. Christmas project plans (dependent on the Pi) ruined. In stark contrast I eventually ordered from Amazon and got the same item for a few pounds more less than 20 hours after ordering…lesson learned. I hate to leave negative reviews but having had such a negative experience I simply had to. Poor customer service, slow response time, lack of empathy, unable to quickly resolve issues and passed the blame rather than accept any responsibility. Never, ever again! Take no notice to the inevitable BS reply to this review, they were dire! Order with them at your peril.
bad experience. pre ordered rasperry pi 5 on day of release, postponed shipping date more than once (over 2 months from initial shipping date) and later cancelled because they could not generate a shipping label ?!
i had to buy an overpriced pi5 because this company is a joke.
Ordered a Rasberry Pi 5 for my daughter in October, and they cancelled my order without a reason today the 06th January 2024, I`m assuming because we live in Malta and out of the huge postage list of overseas locations, we are not listed anymore OR REMOVED. My Daughter needs it for school work and now I have to find and reorder from another seller. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME !!

EDIT : Ordered it from a German seller (kiwi-electronics) and received it in a matter of days.
Ordered items on 27/12 for delivery and they have only just arrived - 8 days later. Could have easily ordered elsewhere but used The PI Hut based on a previous excellent experience.
Saw nothing mentioned when ordering that after-christmas orders would be delayed like it was. If the place was closed over the Christmas break, it should have been really clear.
Just hoping that this is a bad one off experience.

So basically, it's my fault they're advertising a service and not delivering... Doesn't look like I'll be getting refunded. I contacted DHL and they advised they hadn't received the package yet either. Appalling service.

Support agreed to a refund after I refused the delivery. Said I would get the refund once they get it back. Still waiting for the refund...

Also, I left a review on their "independent and impartial" review service and it seems they're filtering out any bad review on their website... Is this even legal?
