Ordered wrong version PI starter kit. Customer service unable to change product once ordered even though it had only been 5 minutes since placing the order, so had to wait several days then for a pointless delivery and then immediately return.
Ordered correct version and next day delivery to get kit in time but order failed to arrive next day because it was placed after 2pm. The after 2pm issue was not displayed anywhere on the website other than a banner which does not displsy in full on a mobile device. After complaining and requesting refund I was not provided anything and simply pointed to the banner.

I found the website to be very easy to navigate and despatch and delivery was prompt. Unusually the package was of excellent quality and robust enough to deal with the trials and tribulations of your usual courier companies.

Ordered a 32gb sd card and was sent a 500mb card.
Not sure why they would want to skimp on something this small but they sent (I think) a real pi5 and then also sent a fake 32gb sd card it’s marked as 32gb but when you put it in a pc and try to reformat it’s actually 500mb.

The Pi Hut has an excellent selection of Raspberry Pi equipment, which made it easy to put together a package with everything I needed. The delivery was nice and quick, and when there was a small issue (a couple of the keys on the keyboard not working) they arranged for a return and replacement as quickly as anyone could possibly expect. I can't fault their customer service, and am happy to recommend them.

Postoffice have delivered my package to some address, i've assumed that i need to contact them to sort out the issue.
But after requesting some weird forms on the Postoffice website, it came out that the sender(Pi Hut) needs to submit a claim for the lost package.
Then went on with Jayde from Customer Support who did not even hesitate and offered a refund or to resend the package.
Top quality service. 5*

I had issues with a PSU dropping excessive voltage when under load. I contacted Pi Hut customer support and was expertly dealt with, and after sending back the faulty item, very promptly received a fully up-to-spec replacement. Cannot fault them - first class service. What with that and the extremely reasonable pricing (i.e. very much on a par or better than a certain auction site I could mention...) I will definitely be going back again. Really big thank you to all at Pi Hut. Thank you!

The Pi Hut in general is an amazing shopping destination for what I want in Raspberry pi. Unfortunately living in EU and Brexit has not made things easy with delays and lost packages. I had couple of issues with my order and it was sorted out with no questions asked. International shipping with track is a bit expensive in my opinion though. Do not order without tracking. My bad experience

I have bought two Raspberry Pi 5 (4GB & 8GB) from this shop along with some other accessories. Very quick delivery and all good!
The Pi 5 4GB have developed a fault after 6 months of light use which stopped it getting any power...I have contacted the shop and their response not only was very quick but very understanding which resulted in replacing the faulty Pi. I wish all companies were like The Pi Hut. Many thanks guys!

A purchase was done with an incorrect shipping address, and althoe we sent an email withe the changes 1 minute after the purchase.
The seller want the package to be sent, and after it comes back he will try to send to another place.
Unacceptable waiting time of 2 extra weeks plus the shipping costs. Unacceptable,
Basicly he doest want to go and get the package that was the incorrect shipping. lazyness, trying to steal money.
I told him its very propbable the people who live in the old shipping address will try to keep the item and not return it. Anyway, seller minds very little about customers and only want automation and earn money.
That is not changing the order, yout just telling me your lazy to seach for the order. Now you made it to be shipped, it should never reach its destination.
If the package is delivered and recived its not me, you're told before reaching destination, you're been advised 2 minutes after the order. We will report any delivery if happens.

I initially left a poor rating due to shipping time but they have explained it was an issue with their system that hasn't happened before and have refunded my shipping.
I can't expect any better than that and I appreciate how quick they were to resolve the issue.
I will definitely be back to buy more products from their website.

Had trouble with a delivery which was solved by support pretty fast. It was my first time ordering Raspberry Pi products from The Pi Hut since the official distributor for Raspberry Pi in Romania is quite a shady business that treats customers quite badly.
