Well I contacted The Planning Bee and was met with a lovely lady who arranged a home visit. A lovely Gentleman called Spencer Shaw visited my house. It was regarding a will. Spencer made you feel comfortable and was very professional. He run through every everything regarding what I needed to know. There was no pressure in making a will right then it was my choice. They have been in contact with me as I chose to do my will through them. I would highly recommend this company.

Where can we start Chris mills was a really a gentleman ,so happy and a warm welcome even though it was a hot day.we discussed what we we required and where we wanted to be he explained everything and our options to the hilt which took a lot to take in when redoing our wills .after deciding he then asked us to relate to him as to what he had explained to us so we understood everything.he was amazing and his drawings too to help us understand what he was telling us we thank you Chris for all your info and help to sort a difficult change .will certainly tell people about you .we thank you very much your expertise helped through this important process.

Ed is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He developed the Will as we talked it through with the draft version emailed within minutes of our telephone consultation. No changes were necessary, a really excellent service.

Chris Stratford provided us with excellent advice and made the whole process to write our wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and set up a Family Protection Trust, uncomplicated and easy to understand. We are very happy we have left our matters in good order and our beneficiaries inheritances are protected.

Was very impressed with this company and in particular Marc Manford who came to my house to discuss my Will. He was very pleasant, helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend this company.

Further to an advisory telephone consultation, an appointment was made for a home visit to facilitate further discussion and decisions. Paralegal, Chris Stratford arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and quickly put me at ease. He was able to answer all my queries in understandable language, showing interest and understanding of my situation, showing what appeared to be genuine interest for my future planning without patronising me or making me feel silly.
I await the next steps with interest but so far I would highly recommend the company and the staff.
