Worst supplies/mearchant I lost money for 2 vacuum bags

It’s a scam company. I had ordered for 3 nos vaccum bags and lost money since they did not deliver the product nor they respond to email or any other form of contacting them. It’s a complete scam and people don’t fall for any of their dirty tricks / offers. Trust pilot also needs to update their review.

I have ordered a 60 lit Backpack from Playtopia but received cheap quality plastic bags.

They donot reply via Insta or mail and the phone number provided is invalid as well.

I donot want this product and want a refund. Raising this with the cyber cell and will make sure that this site is blocked.

I ordered a 60L Travel Backpack from Playtopia on 5th November and paid ₹1098 via Google Pay (Order No: #HW156VC424822VCXYAS199678).
It has been many days and I have received no delivery, no tracking update, and no response to my emails.

This experience with Playtopia has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I request the team to respond immediately and resolve my issue by providing either:

✔ Delivery of the product
OR
✔ Full refund of ₹1098

If this is not resolved soon, I will be escalating the matter to the National Consumer Helpline.

@Playtopia please take this seriously and respond urgently.

Please be aware this is a fraud website. I ordered a bag and made the payment in advance. To my shock when I opened the website it's not operational. Total sham. Be careful.

I ordered a bag from theplaytopia.store after seeing their Instagram ad. What I received was a bundle of cheap plastic covers — completely different from what I paid for.

They’re clearly running fake ads on Instagram and tricking people into placing orders. There’s no proper contact number, no response to emails, and no refund option.

Please be careful — this site is a scam, and many others seem to have faced the same issue. Avoid ordering anything from this website.

I have contacted them so many times through email and they provide wrong contact no. Totally scam.

I have ordered two nos. Of RC bumper car and they have sent me a bottle for gym purpose.

Please dont buy anything here. Its a biggest SCAM. Instagram doesn't validate any business and these people promote it there as a legit company. I brought a gift to my son for birthday and they sent me some other damaged item. Its been over 2 months and they haven't rectified my problem.

Its a scam!!!! I ordered 2 rc car and got a 100rs protein shake bottle. Complete fraud they are jot replying over email as well.
