We bought a hamper for our Ukrainian guests. There was a good selection in the hamper which reminded our family of their childhood. It was a beautiful hamper, well presented, and a very special gift.

Sylwia was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. Over and above! The Hamper was received when expected and looked amazing. My friends were so appreciative and loved tge products it contained. Sylwia handwriting the card in Polish with my message was such a lovely touch

Sylwia was very attentive and contacted me via email to make sure I was happy with my order and to check if I needed a personalised message adding (as I forgot to do this at checkout). Great customer service, quick delivery and friendly staff.

I was looking for a special gift for Christmas for family who are visiting Krakow for the first time next year and this caught my eye as a bit different - and I was not disappointed. It arrived on time and it looks amazing! I went for the luxury hamper and I can't wait for the recipients to open this on Christmas morning. I'm tempted to keep it myself! From the outset, Sylwia has been extremely attentive from returning my missed call to responding to my emails. The phone call was extremely helpful with her helping to determine the best gifts for my needs. The gifts arrived today with something extra for a little lad and two handwritten cards that she'd translated to Polish for me. The presentation is beautiful and I'm looking forward to gifting them for Christmas. It's obvious that Sylwia takes pride in her work.

I ordered three boxes of Golden Cherries from this company last week and they arrived within two days! Not only that, they kept me informed throughout the process very promptly.
