They sent me out of date aqua check high range free chlorine test sticks.

Under the bottom the date read 2024/12.

What's worse on the invoice they claim that 2024/12 is the batch number. When on the side of the bottle it clearly states the use by date is on the bottom.

This is deceitful business practice.

I ordered a 25kg drum of chlorine tablets you sent a 5kg drum not letting me no I had to email you to see where the other 20kg where, so I will not buying any more from your store

Ordered some winter shock chemicals and taken a week to even be despatched. There was no information on ordering that there was any availability issues and no contact following the order to advise there was any delay issues.

Very Disappointed, placed an order on the 22nd August, had an email on the 2nd September telling me it had been dispatched, chased them after 7 days for a tracking number, and on the 9 Sept had an email telling me my order has been canceled with a refund. Chased the refund on the 11th and told it would take a few working days... 2 weeks later still have nothing.... still chasing... would not recommend.... maybe a good company but shocking customer service that may need to be refunded via my credit card company... but hopefully I'll be proved wrong !!

I recently purchased a robotic pool cleaner from thepoolcleaners.co.uk, and I am beyond impressed! The product arrived promptly and was exactly as described. Setting it up was a breeze, and it has been working flawlessly ever since. My pool has never looked cleaner, and it's saving me so much time and effort. The customer service was also fantastic, answering all my questions patiently. Highly recommended!

I ordered Bayrol branded pool chemicals and it was shipped quickly. However, opening the package, they have sent me a different brand of pool chemical. The order online and the invoice in my emails clearly states the brand of pool chemicals that I ordered. Yet the wrong one was still sent.

I have contacted the company and will update this review when I hear back. This is my first time ordering from this company and I will not do so again unless they are able to correct this. If this is a genuine shipping error, I will happily change this review. But right now, I am of the opinion that I have been scammed.

Edit: Someone did eventually get back to me after my second email. They arranged for a dpd pickup of the incorrect pool chemicals and I have received a full refund. So at least they are a legitimate company! They said that there was a note that they may need to substitute products with something that is chemically equivalent, but I did not see this note anywhere on their website or on the various email communications I had with them. I am not sure if I will order from them again if I can’t be guaranteed to get exactly what I ordered.

Quick and easy with a great amount of product knowledge, very happy with my purchase

Absolutely terrible service. Waited almost two weeks for tracking information, only to find out the delivery address didn't even match the town! Contacted the courier and The Pool Cleaners, but nothing was resolved. Finally, the order arrived in a flimsy box that was falling apart. Ended up getting what I needed much faster from another company. Avoid at all costs!

Almost two weeks after the order I finally get tracking details I have been asking for where I can clearly see the postcode does not match the town. I tell the courier dx online. The order has finally arrived but in such a flimsy box the delivery man had trouble stopping the bottom falling out. Meanwhile I ordered my urgently needed chemical from a different company online and received what I needed within 48 hours. Will never use again.

The whole ordering was faultless and delivery was completed as instructed , the company seems to run a tight ship

I received an emai advising the order has been sent. Oh what a surprise, i hadnt ordered anything.
I sent an email asking what was ordered but no reply. I chased again, no reply. 3rd chaser sent 8 days after original advice email, will see if they wake up and respond.
These are just very rude people, i have used before, but will sure as hell not use them again.
Beware as they do not correspond.

Order the product to receive an email the following day that product wasn't available due to supplier issues and offered an alternative product however not at all similar but they did issue a full refund straight away. Maybe remove product if can't supply
