ordered and paid, said it was being delivered then told it wasnt as not available, no communication re alternative.

I ordered Blue Horizons - TA Reducer from their website.
I received a different product from the branded one I ordered and despite writing to them to ask for an explanation I've heard nothing.
Disappointing!

I had an issue with my order and could not get response via chat function or via email.

Wanted this quickly sent numerous e mails and messages. Absolutely no replies or contact. Arrived 2 weeks after order. Would steer clear if you need anything in n a reasonable time.

Fabulous service and so quick, check out process really easy - ordered online at 10am and had it turn up the next day before lunch time- will definitely use this company again

So before ordering I was concerned by some of the negative reviews but decided to order regardless. Order didn’t arrive anywhere near on time even though I selected and paid for 2-3 day shipping. Tried to contact but slow in responding. However when I did finally manage to get in touch with them they refunded the extra postage and my order arrived a few days later. They explained that they are only a small operation and that as it’s the busiest time of the year for them that it’s hard to keep up with phone and email enquiries. Services and products deserve 5 stars but due to the delayed responses and poor delivery timeframe I would give 4.5 but as unable it’s 4 stars from me. I will order again but not if I’m in a rush for the items

First time buyer. Great price, quick response to order, fast delivery and delivery left where I asked it to be left as I was not at home. I will use again.

No concerns with your product. I would say that the delivery was quick sadly not to me. As deliveries were delivered to neighbours with no note to inform me.

Fantastic Service, sent me 5L to keep me going whilst the 20Ltr tub came later.

Ordered from them on 27th May. On 17th June, after hearing nothing from them I emailed, asking where my order was and did not receive a reply. On the 19th I raised a PayPal complaint and today I get an email from a courier saying my order is arriving. No contact from the company, no explanation, no apology. I won't be using them again.

Do not deal with this company if you expect to use what you are ordering at any time in the near future. No indication when ordering that there would be any delay in dispatch. After a week enquired and was told stock due in a few days. Finally delivered after two months and then only after I had asked for an immediate refund. Unfortunately no option to give zero stars
