Firstly only one of a pair of bearings ordered actually turned up and then the missing bearing has still not turned up despite it apparently being ‘despatched’.

Ordered pool cleaning chemicals on Sunday Evening and it arrived Tuesday Morning Excellent. Only charged standard delivery brilliant service would use again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY
Placed order for pool pump, took the money instantly.
No communication, several emails sent and numerous phone calls. Not a reply to anything.
Started a credit card dispute in the hope of getting my money back.

Ordered the chlorine granules, which arrived well within the delivery times suggested and exactly as described.

Absolute garbage, ordered over 3 weeks ago, email said was getting delivered, courier said never received, no response to emnails and now got a Paypal case against them. AVOID

Delivered quickly, shame the website doesn’t inspire confidence

My item was cheaper than other places with free postage and arrived quickly. However even though it was packaged very well on opening all the chlorine tablets were loose and broken in the box. It took a while to get them to fit back in the floater and was tricky getting the cap on, during which time the chlorine caused me skin irritation and my hands stung for a short while.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered boiler heat exchanger over 3 weeks ago. Very poor communications. Requested delivery information and tracking details - still waiting.
Nothing turned up over 3 weeks later. Customer fed up of waiting so opted for a new boiler instead. Despite numerous emails and voicemails regarding refund - nothing at all. Currently pout of pocket to the tune of £1009.

quick delivery and quality product and really made a big difference to my block paving and the grass and weeds that were growing between the blocks died back virtually before my eyes well they were dead by morning and haven't come back yet and I used a 50%diluted mix.
My patio slabs had the usually difficult to remove black spots on these turned white and a quick brush and hose down it came up like new again. Will be buying more for next years clean up

Still haven’t received product.. after emails sent 9/6/20 asking whereabouts.. no reply..
Vivid or not I’ve received items from Germany in this pandemic... useless to deliver a single item.

Item i ordered was “available” on the website, placed order only to be told next day it wasn’t in stock, requested refund and not had any response from company since.
Now had to open a paypal dispute to try and get my money back.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with, save yourself a lot of hassle and dont use them !!!!!!

Brilliant product for killing lychen. Used as 50% dilution and sprayed on patio, jet washed off after 15mins

Products arrived as indicated, well pckaged. Haven't yet used them but have used this chemical before and have every confidence that it will be effective Given this I will be using this company again..
