I had the best experience ordering from The Pottery People. Billy was amazing and could not have been more accommodating with my wheel purchase. Pottery Wheel Order Experience
I ordered a Shimpo pottery wheel from The Pottery People and received fast and great communication and support from Billy throughout. Even though we encountered an issue on delivery (we live up a narrow lane that some lorry drivers don't like coming up), and a re-delivery was needed, Billy was fabulous in getting it through to me as quickly as possible.
