What a joy to book an appointment easily and being looked at by the doctor on time. Dr Sheikh was kind, listened, professional and knowledgeable. Never felt rushed with time spent together. Explained and put in writing on how to take medication. It's heartening to have a genuinely caring doctor.
So lovely to have timing set for one’s own convenience so friendly and efficient
I had an extremely good appointment Dr. Vish Retnasingham on Tuesday . Very friendly and thorough with good advice. Jeremy Weller.
Great doctor, very good at taking blood as well. Highly recommend
I was advised to book a private appointment to consider ozempic as I am a diabetic and would like to take better control of it. The GP was lovely but did not understand ozempic. She advised me to get a blood test after reading on line that this was advisable. While I was waiting for the phlebotomist and about to hand over another £100, the Gp called me back and explained she had asked another colleague about ozempic and this colleague explained I was not suitable and would need a private referral to another specialist. I explained how this was unnecessary as I understood the reason for a referral but my understanding of my diabetes would not improve the outcome. The GP explained she hadn’t really thought the whole thing through or had experience or knowledge of ozempic. I am a nurse and feel I wasted £95 on a consultation with someone who knew less than me about what I was asking and eventually solved or resolved nothing.
I was seen extremely quickly. Dr Javani . He gave me a complete examination and came to a quick answer with my diagnosis. He has a very calm professional manner which puts you at ease.
No waiting when I arrived, as usual with Dr Harris a great helpful experience to sort my problem. A Dr interested in the person and family. Been seeing him as required for over 20 years.
Dr Sheikh was very professional and knowledgeable but also very kind and reassuring. She was very generous with her time so I never felt rushed. A very good and genuinely caring doctor.
I would definitely recommend this practice
My appointment was easy to set up, on time, and then most of all, caring. I felt Dr. Harris was immediately clear on my situation, and put himself in my shoes - I felt he was looking out for the best for me.
Care, advice and excellent support.
I cannot ask for more than that - an excellent medical practice!
Great service, friendly and efficient. I had just a routine apt.
So simple to book, lots of availability. Reasonably priced. The appointment started exactly on time. The doctor was thorough, pleasant and relaxed instilling complete confidence. Top notch

Dr. Harris was understanding and obliging as ever. I have known him since 1997 and have always benefited from his experience and wholistic approach. This consultation was entirely satisfactory.

Whenever I have gone private for medical care, I always feel like I am a person, not an intrusion. Speaking with Dr Shashi Prasad, was no exception. She was helpful, listened to me and my history, gave me advice regarding the bio-identical pessaries I need for menopause symptoms. She didn’t have me book in for tests I don’t need, but assessed my own situation and was very helpful. I love too, how although I am very stable, but having just had my first appointment with her, she does want a follow up appointment in 6 months. I was recommended to her by a professional health worker, and I was not disappointed.

As usual Dr V gave me a very warm welcome. He diagnosed my problem and printed off the information on the condition for me to digest at home. I can never fault this surgery. Thank you again.

The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Through a proper examination, he determined that my baby had a sore throat. We had already visited a GP and a hospital(3times), where they insisted it was just a viral fever, despite the baby's fever persisting for more than seven nights.
However, the receptionist was somewhat aggressive when we arrived a bit late (as anyone with a baby would understand). When I asked how long we would have to wait, she became defensive. I mention this here because a friendlier approach with patients might be beneficial.

Highly recommend the Drs at Groves private GP group for their kind, caring and efficient care. Our family have had the privilege of being patients of Dr Harris and his colleagues for more than 20 years and we have only good things to report.
