“Disorganised” would be a kind word to use.

“Chaotic” would be more accurate

…and when you need to contact your doctor but you cannot even contact the receptionist for days at a time, by phone or by email, is not what you need when your prescription runs out.

Dr Vish and the reception team really helped me out with a medical certificate to participate in a sports event at very short notice. After an initial telephone consultation, Dr Vish rightfully made decision to do a few tests in person - I was in the surgery within the next hour, tests all passed and letter in hand. Thank you.

I was first in line in the telephone queueing system and my call was answered within 2 mins. The receptionist answered my questions and made a relevant appointment. She explained the costings and what was needed to be done for a medical for a new job. The service provided was efficient, informative and friendly. Thank you

I tried to make an appointment for my daughter twice, completely without success. First, using the website I found that every appointment slot for a whole year ahead was unavailable, with a message telling me to try phoning the number provided. So I duly phoned the practice (Richmond) and waited 45 minutes, going from 4th in the queue to 2nd. Then a pre-recorded message told me ‘your call can’t be taken at this time, please try later…and then they cut me off. Thinking I’d been unlucky, I tried phoning again and exactly the same thing happened. This was mid morning on a Monday. So my advice is don’t waste your time! Hopeless!

I have had a very good experience. Good staff as they were really helpful.

We walked in without an appointment and were seen almost immediately. We were able to get a referral for imaging and were out of the office within minutes. Very quick and efficient service.

I am a private client / patient at this company in the New Malden practice want to give a strong and positive shout out to Hugh who is one of the employees who manages the front of house for The Private GP Group. Hugh is extraordinarily professional, a terrific listener, a problem solver and with an uncanny ability to manage sometimes conflicting priorities within the practice and especially for their clients / patients. Hugh is positive, polite and goes an extra mile every time I contact him to sort out whatever it is I need.

Misleading prices. Reception team bordering on rude. Dr off the phone as quickly as possible. Won't ever use again.
