I had to serve notice of eviction to a tenant and was worried about all the paperwork issues that had to be perfectly compliant. Irene was very reassuring as she clearly knew the process inside out. Once the fee was paid there were no add ons for the service. Very quick and clear communication throughout and very responsive. I got a truly 5 star service and would highly recommend this company.

With just two days left on a five month notice period, and two weeks to go until the eviction rules changed our tenants told us they were not moving out.
