A terrible experience.
Total lack of communication at the tail end of the process and then knocked a sum off their offer at the last minute, despite having sold on the house for a profit.
I can't help but question the integrity of this company up to and including director level.
Based on my experience, I can only imagine the number of positive reviews is because they ask for one before providing the initial offer.
Awful.

We’re sorry that you were disappointed with the communication towards the end of the process and appreciate that a late change to the price would have been frustrating.
We do, however, want to add some context around the suggestion that the property was simply purchased cheaply and then sold on for a large profit.
We are a commercial business and, of course, need to make a profit on the properties we purchase. However, the difference between the price we purchase a property for and its eventual sale price isn't our profit. There are significant costs involved in purchasing, holding and reselling a property.
In this particular case, after those costs were taken into account, the amount we actually made was very small; in fact in terms of the time it took it was likely reflected as a negative. Had we proceeded at the original figure, the numbers simply wouldn't have worked and we wouldn't have been able to purchase the property at all.
Now we know that isn't your issue to deal with, but the price change was the only way in which the deal would have been possible. We appreciate it wasn't what you wanted, but it was necessary for us to be able to proceed with the sale rather than walk away from it.
I hope you understand our position.

Yash at the Property buying Company…
Yash at the Property buying Company was very professional and offered me a reasonable price. He was very clear that this was 80 per cent of the market value.
It was clear that on the other hand the process was straightforward.
As I'm not pressed for time I decided to try to achieve some of that additional 20 per cent but would not be surprised if I find myself back at Yash's door
Certainly a very sane and clear port in the very confused and stressful world of house selling.
For a clear immediate and stress-free solution which was outlined with clarity and without any hard sell this company seems worth a look.
