We entered into a contract with Property Perspective as we were going through a part exchange programme with Bellway/Ashberry Homes and this was the estate agent they chose to sell our home. Had we been selling ourselves, we wouldnt have entertained the idea of PP.
Firstly they sent out a lad to take photos of our home and give Bellway an evaluation of our home, which was done really promptly. Unbeknown to us, these images were taken on an iphone would be used as pictures for rightmove etc. They are grainy, really unfocused and theres even a picture of my dog peering through the conservatory door in one. Items around the house that we would have otherwise moved had we know these images were going online are littered around the house making it look less show home.
We asked to be able to have an open house for viewings, rather than see everyone individually as we both work full time, have children etc. This was noted but never carried out in the first instance. The first three viewings were booked on weekends and even in the middle of the day. We were given the option of "are these okay", but when you are in a contract with them and Bellway, you are told to be reasonable to help sell the house.
Everytime I spoke to PP I asked if they had any updates or viewings etc for us, at one point they said no, only for them then to leave me a voicemail saying the open house for Sunday is going ahead but one can't attend. I knew nothing of this open house but apparently I was told. I then offered the person who wanted a different date a new date, but they never confirmed with me and it took then 3 days to confirm who was attending the open house and a viewing the following week.
Towards the end of our listing, when calling us with viewings they became more forceful in telling us when the viewer wanted to attend, rather than asking what we had available. We'd always been accomodating with them, so unsure of the sudden change.
We had a call one day from another company asking to view our house, but they wouldnt say why. After a conversation with PP, it became apparent that our house had sold STC and this was the viewers mortgage broker attending to visit. We were never informed of this sale and even though we had sold our end through Bellway I would have thought it appropriate for PP to call and inform us of any other changes etc.
We had no contact with PP through the rest of our part exchange from around the middle of April until June. When our contracts were exchanged we left all pur keys and paperwork with the buyer, Bellway. Today I had a call from PP, bare in mind we exchanged contracts 5 weeks ago, asking us about details for our previous house alarm as the buyer was moving in today. All these details amongst other things i.e keys were left with our part exchange buyer Bellway when we exchanged contracts. Absolutely ridiculous that we are still being contacted for information after the event.

We had a number of houses we were interested in proceeding with and the Property Perspective were the only agents who were easily contactable, had the most up to date information and also came to us with updates without us chasing them. Lauren was who we dealt with most and she was excellent, answering all our questions and keeping us in the loop at all times. We were first time buyers and her help with solicitors and mortgage advisors was exactly what we needed. Great overall experience.

Recently moved using The Property Perspective. We had a really long chain and it could have been a stressful process. Thanks to everyone at The Property Perspective, in particular Megan our account manager it wasn't.
She was brilliant, very responsive and kept us up to date all the time. She made us feel like we had someone on our team and was really looking out for our best interests.
I would highly reccomend using the Property Perspective if you're planning on selling our buying a house

Lauren Sherwood made the whole house selling experience as painless as possible. It’s always a stressful thing to do but Lauren was fantastic at chasing our buyers and keeping our purchasers informed on progress. She provided exceptional service / thank you Lauren!

In the begining it felt like I was dealing with a third party, but this was primarily due to the circumstances of my move. Pobl living appointed Property perspective with my agreement to help me sell my house. They advertised it themselves and engaged the help of two local estate agents to also promote my property. I had lots of viewings.
Once we had our buyer it was all systems go and Lauren my account manager was with me every step of the way. Lauren particularly shone during the last week of our move, contacting the solicitors of all parties. Emailing regular updates on progress. Even though I had moved before this one was particularly stressful as we had three moves to contend with so having Lauren there reassured me that we were on track for completion, almost like a virtual hand to hold. 100% supported. Thank you Lauren, you are an asset to your company. I really appreciated your help and support throughout the process.
I would recommend Property perspective.

Really great service from the team. I purchased a property through the company and the helped me more with the sale of mine than my own estate agents. Chasing everyone constantly to ensure a smooth transaction.
Many thanks!

I couldn't have asked for any more from Megan @ PP. Super responsive & worked with me to ensure I completed in 6 weeks, prior to the Stamp Duty increase.

I had a great experience buying a property through Property Perspective. From the moment my offer was accepted, the team were on the ball – always available, responsive, and keeping things moving between solicitors. I never felt out of the loop and was kept updated every step of the way. Special thanks to Megan, my account manager, who was a star throughout. Her communication was excellent and she really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From offer to completion in under two months – couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

Property Perspective made us feel confident from the very beginning. They advised on the ways in which we could get the quickest sale but also worked with us when agreeing the price in which to market our property at. Keira made the process seamless from start to finish and was always on hand to answer any queries or to pass important information between ourselves and the buyer. Highly recommend!

The team who dealt with our matter were absolutely fantastic - incredibly responsive and very helpful throughout.
Our property transaction turned into a very difficult and unusual situation due to one of the parties involved, and the The Property Perspective folks were incredibly quick to respond to the challenges and ended up being pivotal in rescuing our transaction. Megan and Lee were absolutely brilliant for us.

The team, and Lauren in particular have been absolutely fantastic during my move. It really felt like she cared and had my interests at heart. Lauren was brilliant and helped chase at every step of the way, and provided a lot of reassurance that my move was in good hands and we would get it over the line. I genuinely dont think my move would have happened when it did without Lauren and the team working incredibly hard to get it done. Wonderful people and would 100% recommend.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and resulted in financial loss.
While purchasing a new Morris Home, we were required to work with Property Perspective as our estate agent. Unfortunately, they misled us into accepting an offer on our home, leading us to believe it was a legitimate proposal, and that the sale was progressing smoothly. A month later, we discovered that the buyer had not even applied for a mortgage. Ultimately, the buyer withdrew, causing us to lose both the new build home and £1,000 that we had invested in upgrades and fees, under the assumption that our house was sold. We were under the impression that potential buyers would not view our home without a mortgage offer, so it was surprising that we were encouraged to accept an offer from someone who was not financially prepared.
The agency made three attempts to take marketing photographs, and when it was time to create the advertisement, they included images of an entirely different property. Additionally, they were slow to engage a local estate agent, which resulted in a loss of opportunities for viewings.
Our designated property manager was unresponsive, often opting to communicate only via email rather than phone calls. We submitted multiple complaints, yet there was no acknowledgment or apology from their team. The entire experience was unsatisfactory, and had we not been advised to work with them in order to select our plot, we would have reconsidered before our property was even listed on the market.

First class service. Kept me up-to-date right through the process unlike a lot of agents I’ve dealt with previously

Lauren communicated with us constantly. We had lots of viewings due to the marketing by Property Perspective.
