The shakes taste amazing and are nice and thick. I am currently using the diet meal replacement shake and it definitely helps stop me feeling Hungry for a good couple of hours after drinking! Really handy if you haven't got time to prepare a meal, in a hurry or just want something quick!

The Clear vegan protein in berry flavour is lovely. The apple and lemon flavour smells bad and I can't force it down. I would have liked to buy a small sample pack of flavours to try before being stuck with a bag of something I won't drink.
