She provided me precise information about my three questions and I did not have to feed her information, matter of fact she prefers you not to give her information but the other way around. She is the real deal. He demeanor is very easy too. I recommended her to 2 other people already. One already booked with her. I will be going back to her. 😊💜

Ordered twice and definitely will be back for more!

I’ve ordered a lot of times from this website, I would not recommend buying the jewellery it breaks very quickly and is poorly made so I have learnt my lesson and stopped buying the jewellery but I would still buy crystals. But recently I’ve been trying to get some help and the customer service response is terrible. They definitely need some help with dealing with people. For a “spiritual” website you would think they would know better.

First time I purchased and for sure I will come back. Highly recommended crystal. And they have alot to offer. And caught my attention is the speed of service and their attitude towards their costumers. One of my order was unfortunately had chip from the delivery. But they assisted me and change it in no time. Highly recommended.

Loved all the stones and received them pretty fast.

I ordered 29 crystals in total. 21 of those were great. The others were either an entirely different crystal to what I ordered or a similar but definitely incorrect crystal. To be fair they immediately sent out the 5 that I definitely hadn’t received (I received something completely different in their place) but they ignored my messages about the others that they claimed were what I ordered but not looking anything like the ones on the website. I’m quite knowledgeable on crystals but even someone with no experience what so ever could easily identify that those were not the ones I ordered. So unfortunately it’s very hit and miss with this website.

I’ve ordered from the Psychic Tree several times and was always impressed by the quality of each item and this order of the chakra incense holders was no different,very beautiful,solid and colourful.These will make brilliant Christmas presents for my friends.Thank you

Easy to order, very quick delivery & the crystal hearts I ordered were lovely. Had a problem as one of the hearts was missing from the parcel but on contacting them, they apologised & sent a replacement for the missing heart crystal straight away. Would recommend & use them again.

Hi Psychic Tree. I have sent an email today regarding 5 missing items from my order that arrived yesterday. I haven't received a reply yet (I know it may be a bit soon), but noticed on here that some people with similar issues have found it difficult to get hold of you. So thought I would message here too to give best chance of getting an answer. Missing items are listed in my email, so I would be grateful if you could reply asap. Worried as 4 of them are quite expensive items. The stuff that has arrived is beautiful and good quality, so will gladly change the review to more stars if you are able to fully solve this quickly. Thank you.

Update: Received a swift email to my enquiry over the missing items. 2 were immediately dispatched to me, while it was explained that the other 3 items were coming from a different warehouse and were delaed due to one item being out-of-stock and waiting to come back into stock. When it became apparent that they were not going to be able to get this item from the publishers, the sensible decision was made to forward the other 2 items and refund me for the out-of-stock item. Second delivery also arrived within a very reasonable time and refund came through quickly. I was kept well-informed throughout the process (shout out to Holly who was very helpful!). All items I ordered (and it was a large order!) are of good quality. I will be oirdering from this company again in the future as impressed with both the products and the customer service, and I have already recommended this company to a friend who loves crystals. I've adjusted my star rating to 5 stars because IMO little errors happen, but it is the way that they are dealt with that makes the difference. Thank you Psychic Tree.

Great quality and price. Quick delivery

These crystals are so beautiful, we have them all around our home. My Mum is stronger each day and I can sleep like a baby now with all of my other crystals around. Even bought these as gifts for my family members.

My second order was slightly damaged but Holly was very helpful and it was replaced straight away. Based on my experience, I cannot fault Customer Service, would shop with Psychic Tree again and would recommend.

The delivery is very fast. They have so much choice on the website and it’s a wonderful little spiritual shop. Fast and reliable making the whole process really easy.

I sadly had to return an item as it was damaged, and had so much trouble doing so through Royal Mail, which caused unnecessary long delays in actually returning the product but despite this, I was still given a full refund where other company's would have usually refused/disputed this. Thank you so much.
