Sent the wrong crystals, half of them didn’t even match the pictures. Prices are too good to be true. Not impressed, half of the stone looked like they have been taken out of a dump site and smoothed over with sand paper. I get that they are mostly raw but come on! The crystals don’t even match the picture! Even sending a message to them is a nightmare! Disgraceful and humiliating. Nope no never. Have I been done? I have an app that tells me what crystals or rocks I have and the ‘bloodstone’ is only green jasper. No thank you but this is sickening. Why? Just why. Like, I never ordered lapis lazuli????????

Delivered quickly i was very super how fast it came on a standard delivery..

Parcel arrived this morning. Home cleansing set.. Terribly dissapointing. .
Arrived in padded envelope
Sage smudge stick =MISSING.
Shell =damaged chunk broken off.
Bag of grounding crystals = bottom bag split, crystals fell out.
Paleo wood= split with loose shards.
Have emailed directly, contact form on website, tik tok, facebook with photographic proof.
NO RESPONSE.
Same day dispatch meaning someone is able to have seen my desperate communication but are choosing to ignore.
Bought as a gift for my Son's Birthday Wednesday.
Am truly furious,

A Great web page, easy to navigate and has some lovely products. Purchased a well priced item and unfortunately it wasnt exactly what I wanted in the end so It was refunded.

Bought 2 candles (All Hallows Eve and The Witching Hour) and thought they were quite underwhelming. I then received an email asking to review my purchases which I did, giving it a 3 star review and saying that whilst they looked nice, they didn't really smell very strong and was a bit disappointed. I have just now noticed that the review doesn't even show up on their site despite me receiving an email thanking me for a 3-star review, which makes me think they are hiding negative reviews (anything under 4/5 stars) which is absolutely wrong and I am pretty sure is illegal according to trading standards.

After this, I definitely won't be buying from here again as you can't even trust the reviews of their products.

I ordered a number of things from bangles to incense sticks after receiving a recommendation from a friend. The goods arrived within 2 days of despatch (which was same day) all complete. The incense sticks are great quality. I would add this is the only place I’ve been able to find online which offers such a range. I can’t fault the whole experience. Recommended.

All items received looks like exactly as on webpage pictures. Great value for money.

Over a month later no items

Emails back and forth seemed to be pointless. Originally put in wrong address and contacted to change. Seemed like i was asking for them to move heaven and earth even though it hadnt been shipped.

Emailed couple weeks later when not arrived at old or new address. Contacted said they'd reship. Couple more weeks later still nothing

Feeling pretty disappointed with The Psychic Tree which is a shame as I haven’t had any issues ordering from them previously.

Placed two orders on 11th December. One arrived a week later but the other order never arrived, didn’t get an order number or tracking. Followed up with Customer Services several times over email with proof of payment but they kept sending me the tracking details of the order that had already been delivered.

I started to get worried about gifts not arriving on time so frantically bought everything again, but in my haste I put the wrong address in, entirely my fault. Items were returned to psychic tree around 4th January.

I emailed them after Christmas to find out about the original order (with no order number/tracking and proof of purchase provided) and they advised they would ship it out. A few days later I received the last order I had placed but still no sign of my original order.

I have given up now as the Customer Service Team can’t seem to track the original order and when I push I’m just given the details of the other two orders I placed.

I get that everyone was busy in the run up to Christmas, and people are understanding of Royal Mail delay, but if your website states that items will be dispatched the following day then you need to follow through on that or update your website with more accurate timescales. None of the orders I placed were dispatched within that time frame based on your own tracking details.

While I was happy the crystals, I had a couple of issues.
Firstly, I had paid extra for fast tracked delivery, my package arrived late and I couldn't use them for the appointment I had scheduled.
I was also appalled by the amount of plastic bubble wrap they used in the packaging. It doesn't reflect the spiritual ethos that the company presents on the website. I took the time to write and ask if they would be considering a more sustainable method of packing their products at some point in the future. I have received no response from the company. I won't be purchasing from them again, they clearly are only interested in taking your money.
