Terrible customer service. Item was delayed by 6 weeks. When I tried to cancel at the two week point I was told it had been sent already but my tracking information took another 3 weeks to show. I returned the item and was promised that I could have postage refund because of the issues. I have still not had that refunded 6 weeks and 5 email chasers later.
Avoid Petjet at all costs and buy a different brand.

Complete scam. They sent fake shipping information 3 times. I emailed them to cancel my order and they didn't respond. About two months after my order I received a cheap small piece of fuzzy fabric big enough for maybe a water bottle. Contacted my credit card immediately to dispute. This company and website should be taken offline immediately.

The dog towel was sized incorrectly, fabric and design was not as advertised. Customer Service blows!!! Emailed them a week after purchase for a refund, didn’t hear anything for over week. When emailed to follow up, they replied back 2 days later claiming I missed the 14 day return window. I emailed them back with my original email showing the date was within there window…no reply. American Express issued a full refund.
Pup Jet is bad!

Dog towel Scam, very dissapointing the dog towel is large and shows it would fit a golden retiever in the picture it is advertised with. We have recieved it and it is so small it would only just fit Chihuahua. The neck is long and narrow not even sure if it was made for a dog.. maybe a chicken or mini giraffe. They took over a month to reply to my email and said that there was no refund.

Item nothing like advertized, not in size, design or fabric. False advertising and not fit for purpose. Ordered XL for a golden retriever and couldn't even get it over her head, the body section would not have covered her back let alone her sides. Customer service was woeful and dishonest, they replied that 45 days had elapsed so they couldn't do anything to help. We had actually formally complained within a week. Read the other reviews, you will not order from them if you do. Wish we had.

Poor quality, not fit for purpose. Avoid.

Item will not even fit over dog's head. Item shown as 'in transit', so unable to ask for refund. I'm sure I'll just have to accept that I've been ripped off.

Update: response from Pupjet one month + on:
..."We want to assure you that your concern has been escalated to our fulfillment team for an expedited resolution. They are actively looking into the status of your order and will provide you with the available options to move forward"....

I won't hold my breath....

Still waiting. Just awful. Just avoid.

I ordered two items: a green toothbrush toy, plus a size “L”, wearable drying towel. My cc was immediately debited for my payment, and within a couple of hours I received an email notification that my items were being shipped! (but no tracking number was provided). Within a couple of additional days, I received notice that my (already paid for) items would be mine, free of charge, if I responded back with a 5 star rating!
My shipment ultimately arrived weeks later. The toothbrush toy seems great… my dog really likes it.
However, the wearable drying towel is poorly made, with shoddy fabric. This item is sadly not wearable because the unfinished belting has loose parts floating in the packaging, Plus the size “L” towel seems toy poodle sized! It’s way too tiny to fit a medium/ large pup.
This company failed to respond to my two voice messages, and four separate, timely sent, email return requests. Their 14 day return request policy is an obvious joke!

Absolutely awful company. AVOID!

I received my Pupjet and was so excited to use it! Unfortunately, the connection leaks so bad, no matter what hose connection we used. I tried emailing twice, which was denied…tried calling, got some kind of Google answering machine. There is just no way of finding out how to return or how to get a new one. No one has returned my call or email I sent on their website. I was also not happy that it was actually coming from China, not a warehouse in the US. The Pupjet works great outside of the connection leak. I do not recommend this product until you can actually get a customer representative to talk to.

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed my order on March 26 and have not received it. LEE from customer service is completely useless. I just tried emailing them again after contacting them on May 09 and the email bounced back undeliverable. Pretty sure those of us who ordered this and not received it got scammed. STAY AWAY and order from somewhere else like Amazon or Walmart.

If I could I wouldn’t have given this even one star, bought 2 dog coats took ages to arrive & when they did they didn’t even come close to fitting my dogs.
Product is cheap thin material not fit for purpose, I emailed them to ask for a return & refund & the email bounced back as email doesn’t exist,

Terrible company, terrible service. The items I paid for never arrived. I tried contacting the company by email, by their webform and by phone -- no response (the phone number didn't even work.) The shipping tracking information didn't work either (they don't even use a trusted shipper like FedEx or UPS or USPS). I ultimately had to ask my credit card company to stop payment. Stay far away from this company and its products.

I wish I had read the reviews about this company. I ordered the dog washing tool and it is impossible to hook it up to a working hose; the only way to hook it up would be to a power washer and I would never do that to my dogs. We communicated by e-mail and I was not interested in keeping the item; their answer, we do not extend refunds just because the item does not suit you. I thought I was dealing with decent people; I feel ripped-off, taken advantage of and have lost a bit of my trust in people and their ethics. Please do NOT buy from this company.

I’m writing this to warn anyone thinking of purchasing from this company. It’s over three weeks, where I placed an order. Received email to say it was shipped. When checking email for tracking number - this was blank (didn’t have one). Last week and two weeks later, they send me an email to ask, how I’m enjoying the jet wash product which I never received. I’ve tried emailing them in two occasions to ask them to look into it, and had NIL reply? Clearly, this company customer service is non-existent and I feel they are purely a bunch of scammers, so do yourself a favour and don’t purchase from this lot. 😩

Terrible experience. I should have read these review before purchasing their towels. The are nothing as advertised. The size was not accurate; no hole for the dog's tale; really thin material that would not dry anything. It took 5 weeks to ship from China. When I received it I contacted them and sent a video of the size and quality discrepancy, and they refused to take the product back. Their reviews on their website are all false! I hope they go bankrupt because they are nothing but scammers.

I hate getting ripped off, and this product is absolute crap, broke after 7th use, and I'm sick of seeing 5 star bullshit reviews for such a crap product 😡

I will never give The Pup Jet another dime of my hard earned money, they’re not honoring their return policy. They sent the wrong size (L) and color(green) that I ordered. Policy states they’ll refund if returned with their confirmation and instead they’re sending me a replacement and want me to pay to ship back, the wrong one THEY sent to me! Not to mention these towels are cheaply made, way too small and very thin materials. What a waste of $20, I’m apparently never getting back from these thieves!

Do not buy from this company! Their sizing chart is completely wrong. They then require you to return the item at your own expense, before sending out the correct size (that is not even advertised as available on their website). With the cost of postage it is not worth doing. I feel completely ripped off. Pupjet does not value it's customers in any way. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere on a more reputable brand.

I too wish I had read the company reviews before ordering. I ordered XL drying towels for my dogs. The neck was so small it would barely fit a chihuahua. First Pupjet asked for photos of the towel, then asked for pictures of my dogs, then again asked for pictures of the towels, and THEN asked for pictures of the size label. They had no intention of refunding my money from the start. Just wasted my time and caused frustration. They have no ethics. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
