Don't buy from this company

The cardigan I purchased is hideous. I'm a size 14 Aus and this looks like a size 5 kids clothes. Nothing like in the picture. It's embarrassing. I will be seeking a full refund.

Terrible clothing and terrible customer service.
I bought a skirt and it didn’t look like the image, the quality was horrific and the stitching was all coming undone around the elastic.
I emailed for a refund with images of the faulty item and they dismissed it saying that “trim the loose threads” and I could still wear it.
I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and I would recommend others to do the same.
Customer service was useless and products were terrible.

Edit 17/8/2025 - Whilst they stated in the reply to this review that they would give me a FULL REFUND immediately, I followed this up via email and they still refused to refund my money, they are liars in the replies to these reviews

Terrible workmanship and quality of…

Terrible workmanship and quality of clothing. Seriously poor quality, looks nothing like pictured item, embarrassing to say they are an Australian company, which i doubt. Tried to get refund, sent photos of my scrappy item, best they could do was offer 10% refund. Postage back would cost more. This company needs investigating, should not be allowed to operate. A total waste of money.

I was really excited about the wrap…

I was really excited about the wrap dress I ordered for a special event—but when it arrived, it felt cheap and sized more like an 8, even though I ordered a 16. I ended up paying a seamstress to adjust it, and to top it off, the return request was ignored. It’s disheartening to pay a premium for what feels like flimsy, mis‑advertised clothing.

Five items arrived that looked nothing like the photos. I sent pictures to complain and was told, because they were on sale, no returns or refunds allowed. It’s basically the quality of a TEMU order at a much higher price—only more frustrating.

I ordered over $350 worth of items, over 2 weeks ago. Have had the automated emails replying to me that they are investigating, nothing had turned up and shipping is only just happening from china now. Half expecting not to even receive items. All wrong

Along with incorrect tracking numbers, I just want to express my disappointment in both products purchased.
Sizing, quality and difference to the website is concerning.
I purchased a wrap dress I sized up and is more a size 8 at best (i ordered a 16) I purchased for an event and will need to seek a seamstress to make it wearable.
The other dress i purchased was a size smaller than the wrap dress. This is huge, quality is extremely disappointing and sleeve length does not even match. Once again, as it was purchased for an event, I will need to get it tailored.

For the money paid, I’d have received better quality purchasing off Temu at a 1/4 of the price.

They need to be more transparent at the fact items are coming from China and not made in Australia along with the fact that the items are not what is advertised. I certainly won’t be purchasing again and will not be recommending.

Do not buy from this website!!

I wish I had read reviews before making my purchase, I feel scammed. I brought 5 items from pure boho recently and not a single item arrived like they looked like in their photos and advertisements. I emailed them a complaint with photos of the items looking nothing like their photos and they said that due to them being on sale, they would not allow a return or a refund. A loophole as basically everything was on sale. A typical case of a Temu type order looking nothing like the photos.. but at a premium price. The quality is terrible, do not buy from here! Also came directly from china with no tags and cheap fabrics, ill fitting.

Beware ordering from this company

Beware ordering from this company. They advertise they are Australian and they definitely aren’t. Everything is shipped from China and takes ages. I feel quite stupid that I fell for this scam and spent over $200 for very underwhelming poorly made clothing. The items I did receive are made with cheap fabrics and are poorly designed and made. They don’t even have tags sewn into them. I only received half my order with apparently the other garments on the way. I am mad at myself for not researching before I purchased but I guess I’ve learnt a valuable lesson! Please avoid.
