Wonderful stay, appreciate the good care from house keeping and amazing management, looking forward to returning again on a work trip stay, absolutely miss the time I've spent there, awesome colourful town center within a walking distance, much appreciated♡
I stayed at the quarters for four months and only have good things to say. The room was lovely with a big king-sized bed, huge TV, really nice bathroom facilities and very comfortable to work from. The young lady at the front desk, Aga, is lovely and so helpful and so are all the other staff, including the cleaners. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay there.
I stayed in a studio apartment at The Quarters, Watford for three months and found it to be a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and included essential amenities like a microwave, kettle, fridge and TV. Of course desk and lamp...
The location is excellent, with Sainsbury's just a 7-minute walk away. Watford's downtown area, with its variety of shops, restaurants, and markets, is also easily accessible.
The area is quiet making it a peaceful place to stay.
The staff were helpful and responsive, and I felt the rent was fair for what was offered. Overall, I had a positive experience at The Quarters of Watford.
Good for a short-term stay and if you are new to the London area. There will be things, which you will complain about but don’t hesitate to ask the staff for help and to deal with it. The management team will eventually help you. Prices will increase enormously after the end of the contract, so make your mind up from the beginning how long you plan to stay.
I'm really pleased with my stay at The Quarters! As an international student, I was struggling to find flexible duration accommodation in London at a decent price. I was so happy with my suite at Swiss Cottage- such high quality furnishings plus the area is safe and conveniently located, close to central London.
The Quarters, I’ve been here 9 years, the rent used to go up small reasonable amounts until last yr it went up $260 and 10 months later it went up $150. Lease terms to 10 months so they can hike it up rent sooner. My cabinets have been buckling and cracked since I moved in, nothing done. My porch is facing courtyard and west so I NEVER have sunlight even touch my windowss. My patio is west facing where everyone walks there dogs so I can’t sit on my porch without being on display, there is no sunlight at all, and I found out the apartment next to my apt is the facing East so lots of sunlight and it’s $100 less than this dump/cave they do little to keep grounds nice, garbage always overfilled and trash everywhere: they put in one camera- not for our safety but to charge tenants fees at garbage spot. They don’t care about safety, money only. My rent has gone up to $1700, no storage. Houses for rent cheaper in the area. If you want a complex, Go to Oak leaf it’s the same price with 2 masters and a garage! ! I would love to share pics on Absolutely the worst place to rent in the area.
I am trying to make a number of what I consider as serious complaints about the Quarters in Watford.
I am trying to find out the address, phone number and email address of the head office, but am basically being blanked in my attempts, I also wish to get the details of the Managing Director.
This is not going to go away because I am so unhappy with the way I was and still am being treated.
I am not going to say too much on here for now, but will eventually, you can't treat paying Guests like this and get away with it.
The date here is today's date but this has been going on for some time.
My daughter stayed here for 3 months - a good experience and reasonable price
This property The Quarters (Bravo) require you to pay a fee up front £400 for a credit check which the onsite office assistant carries out. Despite having several references, which included a previous landlord, the management team refused to allow me to pay a rent on a monthly basis asking for 6 months rent in advance plus a 6 week deposit. As this was clearly not reasonable, I was unable to take up the tenancy and was prohibited from receiving my money back
For the avoidance of doubt, the reference meant nothing, a credit score of 999 (v. high) meant nothing so the whole process was to extort £400 out of me for no reason. In addition, despite paying the money for the credit check for a specific room within one day the room I wanted to rent had been allocated to another person. Simply unprofessional and extortionate.I would seriously reconsider finding alternative accommodation.
The rooms are fairly like the photos. Wear and tear on the edges of MDF shelving etc. and the exact table and shelves under TV/kitchette vary so see the exact room.
My problem is, when they pro-rata you first and last month it 'magically' totals more than if you happened to have no pro-rata months. But £100+ by my calculations (they refuse to calculate per 365th of the cost of a year, similar to how your salary is by 260 weekdays per year)
Wonderful building, very secure, Cleanup. The team management is very helpful & friendly.

The room I ended up with was nothing like the room I viewed. Lots of damage, dirty and tiny. Very limited plug sockets, the fire alarm goes off constantly, the corridors and communal areas do not smell nice. The walls are so thin you can hear people snore and go to the toilet. Constant road noise during the night. Constant issues with hot water, WiFi is terrible and not included in the price as you may be led to believe. TV was broken and fridge freezer is very small. You are not allowed to use any cooking appliances, the heating made my skin sore and dry. The washing facilities are dirty. If you make a complaint it wont be dealt with and it will make the rest of your time living there difficult. You have been warned, avoid at all costs.

I moved to Quarters Croydon apartment in February this year and it has been an amazing experience. It's a very peaceful living though it's located in the heart of Croydon. The location is perfect as I can get to the East Croydon station for express trains to central London and also to south. It only takes 5 mins to get to the station and also tram. There's 5 supermarkets within the walking distance and so many options to dine out.
The staff members Giorgia and her colleague are very friendly, kind, caring and helpful. They keep the apartment block clean and secure and attend to all the details. They are even kind to deliver the tenants orders to the door, which is totally unexpected but very appreciative.
This has been so far the best place I lived in UK. Well done team and thank you for making your tenants' lives enjoyable and safe.
