Great customer service

Above and Beyond - Customers at the forefront of their mind!

Being a first time customer I was overly impressed with the companies customer service.

On looking for a product, they were cheaper than any other supplier online and so I selected the size of hat I wanted.
On ordering, autofill put in the incorrect postcode. Within 5 minutes a customer services person called me, followed by an email asking for the correct postcode.
Simply first class.

The order came via DHL (not my favorite delivery company), but was delivered in less that 24 hours.
A bit like Prime on speed!

I certainly will be ordering again, an absolute perfect experience from which others can learn a lot.

What is disappointing is reading some of these one star reviews.
The majority of these are due to DHL deliveries that the company shouldn't be judged on, if DHL delay, it isn't the company's fault.
Nor should they be judged due to customers not being able to read T&Cs, which I may point out are very clear.

I had never heard of The Race Works before I bought from them, but they were the cheapest site for what I wanted and the items came promptly and were as described. This is particularly important as I left it last minute but wanted Ferrari merchandise before Monza. I got frequent updates from them on the status of my order, and cannot rate them highly enough.
