Order a Pirelli podium cap whilst at Monza, at significantly less than the circuit price, it was waiting on the doorstep when I got home. Can’t beat that!

I emailed you to request that item had been delivered to me as DHL failed to follow my instruction to the leave the goods without a signature, you replied and said that you have item returned to you and a credit would be issued, DHL have tried to deliver again and are now emailing to say the goods are on hold at their Exeter depot, so only have DHL failed to follow my instructions so have you, please get this issue resolved immediately

Ordered an aston martin hoodie that I didn’t like (whats with the oversized hoodie look these days?). Initial delivery was super quick- within 2 days, and when I thought the hoodie was mistakenly going to the wrong place raceworks worked quickly to check and resolve the issue. My refund was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My only slight quibble was on emailing (as per their process) to advise of the return I had no response to acknowledge my request to return the hoodie. I would defiantly use again and would recommend.

Ordered a McLaren team shirt for my son which was a bit small for him. Contacted the team and they were great and as I was local allowed me to exchange the product in person at an arranged time. Really nice group of people and had some other great merch there. Initial delivery was quick, can’t fault them.

Very accommodating staff. Ordered a hoodie but the size didn’t fit. We were close to the warehouse/office and they arranged a swap in person same day and also bought some cool items down to try. They went out of their way to be helpful and were super nice people. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service with fast delivery

I tried ordering the same cap (McLaren dark green new era cap) from New Era directly, they took my order for two caps and refunded it due to insufficient stock, I then tried to order just one cap and still, they refunded due to insufficient stock, why it was even on their website I don't know. I came to TheRaceWorks and they pulled through, whilst slightly more expensive than New era they actually had stock and delivered quickly and in sturdy packaging, I would use again and I would recommend.
