I bought this from Costco about three months ago, completed about 50 treatments so far, and I have noticed an improvement in my hair. It has stopped falling out and it looks thicker and looks healthier. I’m very pleased so far and I would recommend this product without hesitation. I have also been following their recommendation and using an anti-fungal shampoo a couple times a week also.

I haven't bought one yet. My concern is that the helmet appears not to cover the temporal area where my hair loss is greatest.

For anyone who is condering a Theradome, I highly recommend it! I purchased the EVO version and I continue using it now for a year. It takes a few months at the beginning to notice progress but be patient, be consistent and you will be rewarded with new growth! I am in the habit of putting it on almost every night while I read something for 20 minutes. Prior to use, I had a hard time covering my scalp when combing my hair. My EVO has really made a difference! The helmet was a bit large for my small head but it comes with 3 foam pieces to insert inside to give a better fit to smaller heads. Great product that works!

I love this non-invasive, comfortable method to stimulate hair growth. Theradome even talks to you to let you know how much time is remaining on your treatment episode. It shuts itself off when the time is up.

I purchased the Theradome PRO LH80 and I have been using it for 2 years with excellent results. I saw new hair growth in the front and back after a few months that has continued to improve. I am very happy with the results and believe this is a very effective way to combat hair loss.

Horrible customer experience

I must say the CS is horrible.
I was requested to pay twice for the product. After a month of not receiving it, I noticed the transaction was done twice, and the CS employee forgot to proceed with my order. I was refunded without receiving nor a discount nor the team proceeding for a correct order. While I requested the team to send me a second link to proceed with the payment regardless of out happened - I was ghosted

I bought this a week ago and after only 4 20 minutes sessions I was shocked to find almost no hair in my hairbrush after I brushed my waist long hair! Just two days ago I was getting a hairbrush full of hair every time I brushed! My hair has been excessively shedding for the past couple years and has thinned quite a bit, I’ve tried many things that didn’t help: Rosemary oil, ylang ylang oil, saw palmetto oil, horsetail, peppermint oil, Vegamour, homeopathic remedies for hair loss, progesterone, etc. My hair loss is caused by extreme stress.

I saw a dramatic decrease in hair loss within 2 weeks. Their customer service team is awesome!

I purchased the Theradome EVO LH40 in February and by mid-April I noticed some new hair growth. A friend recommended it so I decided to try it because at 74 who isn’t losing their hair! I should have started earlier. I will keep using the ref light helmet indefinitely.

I have been using the Pro helmet for over a year now and can tell a difference in my hair . I have done 173 treatments . My hairdresser even noticed that my hair is fuller and it truly feels thicker . It only takes 15 minutes a day and I still can work and do other things while wearing it . I am so happy with mine that I just ordered my son one as a gift.

theradome was recommended by my hair loss dermatologist. i have an autoimmune disease that causes permanent hair loss. since using theradome and other treatments prescribed, i have maintained and not lost any additional hair.

Easy to use and saw improvements in a few months

The Theradome cap fits well and is very comfortable. It has helped some of my problem areas begin to show promise (along with my regular hair-growth regimen). The customer service team is also very helpful. Theradome has trichologists on their team who will connect with you for consultation.

Seems to be working. Ive had over 70 treatments. Easy to use while watching TV on the couch. Less noticabl loss on my pillow and some new growth observed.

I have been using my helmet about four months and I noticed the baby hairs are growing and I would highly recommend this product.

Purchased in 11/20. Noticed total reduction in hair loss and new young hair growth. This product was recommended to me by my doctor doing prp treatments. I had a problem a few months ago with it not charging and I could not figure out what was wrong. Called their support and immediately the rep gave me a couple of things to do to reset the helmet and assured me if it didnt work they would help me with anything I needed to fix it. Her suggestion worked. It needed a little reboot I guess. It has been working fine ever since. No problems at all. As my doctor told me "Dont go for any other brand except the Thermadome. Glad I did.

I have been using my helmet for six months now. I just saw my dermatologist today and she confirmed that all of the baby hairs framing my face are new. I noticed a decrease in shedding within the first month of using the helmet and it did take a few months for new hair to grow but I am 100% satisfied with this helmet. You do have to be consistent with use, but if you are consistent, you will get new hair growth.

I bought my Theradome directly from the company about 2.5 years ago after my dermatologist diagnosed me with AA from a scalp biopsy. My hair had been so thick and long prior but with this loss it was significantly thin on top showing scalp and was very thin on the sides so much you could really see through. I even bought a hair piece to wear to cover it as I was so embarrassed. My dermatologist started me on oral minoxidil and told me she recommended the Theradome Pro out of all of the helmets to help my hair grow back. I used it 3x a week, and started to see results within a few months. My hair grew back to a beautiful thickness, not as thick as it was when I was in my 30’s but as I am in my 50’s I’m thrilled with the results! I wish I could add photos as it really shows a huge difference. I highly recommend the Theradome Pro and am grateful for its work in bringing back my hair! I even still use it several times a week to help my hair continue to grow.
