I’ve edited my review as customer services came through and were excellent.

Delivery is a little slow but when you’re getting luxury brands at half price it’s worth the wait.

In delighted with my purchases and would recommend The Rainy Days.

I Ordered some Fila T-shirts, wanted to change some sizes on my order got in contact with them to change sizes fast response and sorted my issue and was dispatched same day, arrived and couldn’t be happier. Great customer service and support!!

Order has been closed with no dispatch information and I have recieved nothing and no refund yet. Tried to contact using the phone number. It appears to be completely unmanned. Tried 2 emails with no response.

Customer service is just non existant.

I'm sure if your orders go through it's good as the prices are great but be weary if you have any issues you'll have to put in a lot of leg work to get anything done. They only seem to respond to negative Trustpilot reviews.

UPDATE: After about a week a got an email response and the issue was resolved but I think my review still stands as is.

UPDATE 2: They tried to get my review removed

Issue with no response and refund are now resolved. Order itself was fine with no issues, but responses from customer services could be quicker.

I made an order with this company recently, a kenzo poppy t -shirt, the item was a size too big, I was instructed to buy the correct size as they sell out quickly and return the one I had for a refund, which I did, the transaction and refund was smooth, and I saved over 30% on the RRP even though I paid for postage to return the item. I will definitely be using this site again.

All was well I originally thought prompt delivery although item to big sizing I do not feel was very accurate. Reordered smaller size and returned original item. Second order arrived fine but am still awaiting a refund for an item delivered to you back on 9th Dec I think it was. Sent numerous emails completely ignored each time and telephone number on website is unobtainable.

Failed to deliver, but wont refund. They know it hasnt been delivered but wont refund because it 'could' be. Its been over two weeks. IT'S A SCAM, i will now have to contact my bank.

LOL .... This sums them up i get a response a month later :)

Quality garment at an excellent price with speedy delivery.

The reason for the 2 star rating is:

- Unclear labelling regarding the size of clothing (jumper was both labelled medium and XL, the buying option was for XL, it was a medium)
- Paying to return the goods

Highly recommend delivery was within timeframe given good quality definitely use again

Second time I have ordered from here and both times the order was incorrect (once the wrong colour and this time a missing item)

I was meant to receive my parcel in 3-5 days. I got it for holiday. It will take 9 to 13 days to come. I am now on holiday and will return the item. Very dissapointed

Easy to order, Quick & very efficient.

I don’t usually leave reviews for companies but I have to say Rainy Days is class. I always order my gym clothes from Rainy days, they actually offer an affordable price compared to the manufacturer (Nike wanting £40 for the same top). They always have stock in, not just XS or XXXL like other sites offering similar prices. They replenish their stock and bring in new styles. I’ve ordered around 3 or 4 times now and I’ll keep coming back. The points system is also the cherry on top, I just wished I joined after my first order. The quality is always spot on, very happy.

I had not heard of Rainy days before I placed my order. I must say that service has been fantastic following my order missing a jumper (which had become out of stock). When my parcel arrived and I had only received part of my order I was not to amused, I emailed straight away to advise and within hours received a reply. This is awesome customer service. Within a day I had my refund for the missing item.
Safe to say I shall definitely be ordering from Rainy days again based on their customer service.
