Don’t normally leave reviews but I’m really impressed with Rainy Days. My kid badgered me about the site as his mates use it. I honestly thought it was another fake site when I saw the prices. I couldn’t be more wrong. Ordered stuff for the kid, and then myself when the products arrived. Highly recommend Rainy Days for great quality, price and service.

Fantastic store got a few bits for my holiday will definitely be buying again. Great experience overall.

Bought 2 pairs of Ralph Lauren swim shorts for about the normal price of 1! Unreal to get genuine products at this price. Really happy.

Brilliant all round experience.
Ordered some t-shirts and they were delivered on time.
I needed to change one for a bigger size and the customer service was first class, t-shirt was exchanged with no issues

I bought an Adidas t shirt from this site. Easy to order, arrived when they said it would. T shirt was good quality and was sold cheaper than advertised on other sites. Will definitely use the rainy days again

Have received tracking for replacement parcel supposed to be arriving today thank you for fixing the issue

Only sent 75% of the order and not responding to emails or. Phone number does not work. Out of the 3 items that did arrive one is also the wrong size.

Contact now made the issue is being rectified

crib clothes - every time I do a review they are flagging and they are getting off with this. This is the 5th update I have done. Trust Pilot are there side which is wrong. corruption from both companies

Sent me pirated ralph lauren swimming shorts. Both had with no tags on very disgusting, have reported to them man savings. Very Deceptive shop the rainy days are, please keep away buy elsewhere.

QR codes do not work took them into a Ralph Lauren shop they wore surprised when they didn’t scan and advised this. This was on both shorts.

My swimming shorts didn’t have tickets or stamps on them.

No QR codes to scan authentic

Ralph lauren confirmed everything should scan if not its pirated. I took them into a mainstream Ralph Lauren High street store in Manchester.

Man Saving shouldn't be advising them its bad brand damage for them.

Keep away from rainy days

Just look at all the reviews of this company - also the returns of this company is a nightmare it goes to a post office not good.

Very Poor customer service and very poor returns system it goes to a post office, they do not have a warehouse / shop, its a bedroom seller , the returns office is a post office very unprofessional

Flagging reviews ten months on

Just look at the reviews I am not the only one to point out its imposture clothing.

They have been trying to get this review off and every time I will edit to adjust to the corrupted trust pilot rules, my review will be seen.

no communication, no order, no tracking details, and money already taken

Ordered on the 16th of April. No update on tracking or order delivery.

Emailed several times with one response to state they are looking into it.

Requested a refund.

Ordered (and paid) on 11th April and now 12 days later have had no notification of dispatch of item. Not sure if they are a scam or just useless......

Ordered two Vivienne Westwood sweatshirts at half price but only received one. Emailed through the website and got a reply saying they would send out the second sweatshirt right away. That was over two weeks ago,have not received my item yet.
Sent several emails and left messages on automated phone line but have had no further contact. So the bargain I thought I was getting is in fact a full price sweatshirt I would never normally purchase.
I could not recommend using this company.
Although I have received something for my money unlike some of the other reviewers on here.
UPDATE on the reply i have had no contact from your company via e-mail for order number RD378573. I cannot exchange something I did not receive. It seems I have no choice but to put this in the hands of my credit card company. Customer service seems to be non existent with The Rainy Days.Avoid.

Ordered a Carhartt jacket, took a few days to process my order, but arrived a week after ordering. Very happy with the quality and delivery.

Ordered jacket was way too large. Went to return item at Evri parcel shop tried to put in post code came up as invalid would not accept. Put address in maps comes up as George’s newsagent emailed twice tried to phone numerous occasions. Don’t just want to send it may not get my money back

As many have said, when things go right im sure its a great company with great prices but the Customer Service is definitely lacking.

After 5 days my order, although having a tracking number attached still only says ready to ship, and despite the contact page saying they will respond within 24 hours, here we are with no response.

The contact telephone number just greets you with a message (in a US accent) saying you cant be connected.

I have now emailed the address stated above, but the product I wanted is now not on the website so don't hold much hope.

In response to their reply, I didn't ask for an exchange, I accepted one because my original order was lost and they could not fulfill it due to having no more stock (because of the length of time in replying)

Placed an order on 12th March 2024. Money taken and order confirmation email received. No goods have arrived, no further correspondence and no reply to my contact. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
